The Special Leave Petition is dismissed.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner

submits that the petitioner may be granted a short time

to enable him to surrender and apply for regular bail.

In view of the aforesaid request, we deem it

appropriate to grant three weeks’ time to the petitioner

to surrender and apply for regular bail before the

appropriate court in connection with FIR NO.15 of 2024.
