SAP Overview for Beginners

✅ What is SAP?
SAP stands for Systems, Applications, and Products in Data Processing. It is a German
software company that produces ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software used by
businesses to manage their operations including finance, logistics, HR, and sales.

📦 SAP = Modules
SAP is divided into Several modules.

Functional Modules:
- FI (Finance): Financial accounting
- CO (Controlling): Cost control and planning
- MM (Materials Management): Manage materials and inventory
- SD (Sales & Distribution): Sales process management
- PP (Production Planning): Production scheduling
- HR/HCM (Human Resource): Employee and payroll management
