* Payment Terms-Payment will be in Favor of ''SHREEJI AIR CONDITIONING''
* 100% Advance for Equipments
50% advance for installation Work & Material,20% Against Delivery of material on Site,20% after Erection of Piping & Duct Work,10% after Completion of
* Work within 2 days
* Proper Storage Facilities for Installation Material with Lock & Key Facilities should be provided by the Customer.
Power Supply for Indoor units & Outdoor Units with Required MCB/ELCB is to be provided by customer. The Proper Earthing for the Units will be in the
* Customer's scope.
* The Civil, Masonry, Carpentry, Electrical, Fabrication and Plumbing Work Required at the Site will be under customer scope.
* Scaffolding (Paalak) or Ladders required on Site will be in Customer Scope.
Alterations- If there is any change in layout at the time of installation demanded by the Architect, Customer or any authorised person, additional Charges are
* to be paid by the Customer.
If there is any change in location of Indoor Units and Outdoor Units demanded by Architect,Customer or any authorised person,additional charges to be paid
* by Customer
* The above order is approximate and Final Billing will be done on Actual Consumption units only.
* The offer is valid for 1 week only from the date of Quotation. Then after customer needs to confirm this order with Us.
Warranty- New Airconditioning Units sold by us will have Service warranty of 1 year Only. Then after AMC is to be taken from Us. During the Warranty Period
* If Units are handled by Un authorised Person the Warranty will be Cancelled by parent Company.
* The Delivery of Goods will be on Ground Floor.
* Any item or Work if not mentioned in our offer,will be charged Extra
* For out-of-Vapi sites, Civil work like Gissi and Corecut will be under customer scope.
