I. ANNOUNCEMENT THAT THE CEREMONY IS ABOUT TO BEGIN

Ema: A pleasant afternoon to one and all.

Before we begin, let me remind you to turn your cell phones to silent
mode and be courteous to those around you by refraining from talking aloud.
May I also remind you to always wear your face mask and strictly follow the
physical distancing. Thank you.

II. INTRODUCTION

Katherine: Moving-Up Ceremony is a much-awaited event in every student’s

life, as it gives the returns to the efforts put in by the students throughout their
academic endeavor. Another history slowly unfolds as we come to an end of the
school year 2024-2025. It’s been almost 10 months already that we have
witnessed how these students proved their worth to become a member of this
year’s moving-up batch. Say goodbye to the comfortable and secure life within
kindergarten walls. Get ready to march to the beat of the elementary life. Today
is the day full of joy, the day about pride and accomplishment.

Everyone, we welcome you to the 8th Moving-Up Ceremony of Danao 1

Elementary School with the theme “Generation of Unity: Partners for the
New Philippines” or “Henerasyon ng Pagkakaisa: Kaagapay sa Bagong
Pilipinas”.

Ema: Ladies and Gentlemen, the PROCESSIONAL!

With pride and honor, let us welcome the Candidates for Moving-Up for
School Year 2024-2025.

Katherine: Let us also welcome the highly esteemed members of the academic
community led by the dynamic and supportive Public Schools District Supervisor
of Tinambacan 1 District, Mrs. Teresa S. Simon, together with the team.
Ema: The epitome of empowered man and a great school leader, our very own
School Head Teacher II, Mr. Merardo S. Comayingking Jr., together with the
vibrant and high caliber educators of this institution.
Katherine: Honored guests, barangay officials headed by our Barangay Captain
Hon. Antonio B. Sapinit, PTA members and officers, colleagues, visitors and
friends. Ladies and gentlemen, let us all give them a thundering round of
applause!

IV. NATIONAL ANTHEM AND PRAYER

Ema: To begin with, let us all stand as we pay tribute to our national flag
through the singing of the Philippines National Anthem to be conducted by Mrs.
Rachel B. Mahilum, Grade 4 Adviser. And please remain standing as we also pay
tribute, honor and glory to our Almighty God to be led by our Kindergarten
Pupils, followed by the singing of DepEd Calbayog Hymn to be conducted by Mrs.
Rosela P. Velasco, Grade 3 Adviser.

Katherine: Edward Everett Hale once said, “Coming together is a beginning,

keeping together is a progress, working together is success.” Indeed, this affair
would have not been possible without everyone present today.

At this juncture, we just want to greet the people who grace the event. To
our distinguished and highly esteemed members of the academic community led
by our supportive School Principal, Sir Merardo S. Comayingking Jr., colleagues,
members of the completing batch, parents, guardians, visitors, friends, ladies
and gentlemen, a pleasant, welcoming and joyous morning!

V. OPENING REMARKS

Ema: To set the tone for this morning’s event, may we have on the stage the
school head of exemplary performance, the man who deliver the best of what we
have seen through these years, let us put our hands together for Mr. Merardo S.
Comayingking Jr., Our School Head, to give us the Opening Remarks.

Katherine: To officially welcome us all, may we call on stage John Kyrie B.
Amon, Kindergarten Highest Achiever, for his words of welcome. A warm of
applause please. (After the message) Thank you John Kyrie.

Ema: Ladies and gentlemen, esteemed guests, and valued members of our
educational community, it is my great honor to introduce a distinguished leader
who plays a pivotal role in guiding our public schools towards excellence. Today,
let us all welcome our Public Schools District Supervisor, Mrs. Ma. Teresa S.
Simon, a dedicated professional committed to fostering a nurturing and effective
learning environment for all students, as she delivers an important message on
behalf of our DepEd Secretary.

VI. PRESENTATION AND CONFIRMATION OF CANDIDATES FOR MOVING-

UP

Katherine: And now, the main highlight of today’s affair is about to unfold. To
do the honor of presenting this year’s candidates for moving-up, may we have on
stage Our school head, Mr. Merardo S. Comayingking Jr., and to be followed right
away by the acceptance and confirmation of the completers by our Schools
Division Superintendent, Dr. Margarito A. Cadayuna, Jr., CESO VI.

VII. DISTRIBUTION OF CERTIFICATES

Ema: Moving on! The most awaited moment – the fruit of hard work and
discipline will finally be earned.

A Certificate of Completion is the solid evidence of being a completer in a

certain level of education. This is now the product of each student’s effort. So,
to do the honor of the distribution of certificates of completion to our young
completers, may we have on the stage once more, our Public Schools District
Supervisors, Mrs. Ma. Teresa S. Simon, to be assisted by kindergarten advisers to
join in congratulating the completers.

Katherine: Giving of Medals, Ribbons and Others Certificates to recognize the

exceptional achievements and contributions of our kindergarten student. These
awards celebrate their unique talents, leadership qualities, and acts of kindness

Ma. Teresa S. Simon, our Public Schools District Supervisor to be assisted by our
school head, Mr. Merardo S. Comayingking Jr. in giving these awards.

Ema: This commencement exercise has truly been noteworthy for everyone
here. Moving –up is indeed a time of completion, of finishing, of an ending;
however, it is also a time of celebration of achievement and most importantly a
beginning for the new completers.

Katherine: We are all proud of you! You worked hard, you succeeded, and now
you should celebrate! This day signifies a new beginning for each and every one
of you. This program has now come to its closing. Enjoy your day of celebration
with your family and friends. God Bless us all!
