Subject: Merit/ Marks correction for STI application


It is requested that I had applied for EST Science in STI jobs 2025, where I applied at 5 nearest
schools, one of which is GHS No. 2, Dubai colony, Rajanpur which was my 1 st preference
followed by others. I uploaded my educational documents during apply, where in the
professional education section, I uploaded a file constituting my 2nd semester result of [Link].
(1.5 year program) and last semester slip and on the slip. I clearly mentioned that result is
awaited but there was no option for awaited result on the portal, not even total and obtained
marks, otherwise I’d have applied. So, I uploaded that file. I humbly accept my mistake after
realization that result awaited is not considered. But in the merit list, I got 10 marks of
professional education which put my total to 95 after adding 10 marks of professional education.
On the day of interview, Head master of GHS told me that awaited result is not acceptable.
Regardless of this, I provided the uploaded documents at the time of interview and no false
document was provided. Therefore, they didn’t accept my application and left it for redressal of
application and merit correction in DEO office.
Due to awaiting result issue, my application has been rejected and therefore I request you to
correct my merit, so that I might be judged on the basis of my revised merit which would be 85
after 10 marks deduction from current merit of 95, excluding interview marks. Also, I request
you to add my interview marks as they have not been added due to rejected application. I request
you to update/ correct my merit by removing section which is not applicable here in this
scenario. I shall be thankful to you for this.
