Please Note
1. Please note the fee is not refundable once it is paid.
2. Please note, it may take more than the prescribed time mentioned on your Appointment letter while submitting
your Visa Application at Intiana Italy Visa Application Centre.
3. Applicants will be issued with a token number at the Application Centre and will be attended as per the token
number assigned.
4. The waiting time at Application Center depends on the number of applications submitted at the counter by an
individual.
5. Please be available at the Visa Application Center (VAC) 10 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment time in
your Appointment letter.
6. Kindly refer to the checklist and carry documents as per requirements on the appointment date & time.
7. Due to security regulations, we don't permit Laptop, USB, Tablets, CD, Helmet and bags, and there is no storage
space provided at our centre. Kindly make your own arrangements for safekeeping of your valuables. Please refer

8. If the applicant is a first-time traveler, biometric is mandatory and he/she needs to be present in person at the
centre. Accompanying applicants will not be allowed to the centre except when accompanying children, differently
abled, or those who need wheelchair assistance.
9. If you miss to turn up at our centre at the appointed date and time, Intiana does not guarantee a fresh
appointment. You may have to seek a fresh appointment as per the availability online.
10. FAMILY option to book an appointment is only for persons having a blood relation or any other family link
between them. Applicants will be required to present documents justifying those links. Appointments booked by
other persons under this option will STRICTLY NOT be accepted.
APPOINTMENT-FRAUD ALERT
The Embassy of Italy has repeatedly informed the general public that all types of Consular Appointments are
absolutely free-of-charge. Yet, some applicants become victims of scammers. These scammers pretend to have
contacts inside the Embassy and try to make you believe they can offer you appointments very easily against
money. Please avoid engaging with such agents or any third parties.
Kindly note that the Consular Section never asks for any fee (consular services) before your visit to the Embassy.
All consular-fee payments are made into the dedicated bank accounts of the Embassy after your visit to the
