Taobao built the leading domestic net market and the personal transaction net community, by its
flexible operating trade. It also provides online business services to the members in the world.
Taobao had become the largest E commerce trading platform in Asia.
It is often a cost effective alternative for SMEs because those e marketing places charge a small
fee relative to the price of the products which setting by seller and the items are sold directly to
consumers. Seller can set up a web store and display a list of product with fully descriptions and
specification to help customers understand the product details before purchasing. Customers can
also compare the prices of similar products provided by different merchants and search for the best
price easily. Furthermore, they can order products anytime, even after office hours. The e marketing
places have their own online trading tools, such as Taobao s Alipay , eBay s Escrow for easy online
transaction. Customers can post reviews after received the products and potential customers can

Erikson s Theory Of Lifespan
Introduction Erikson s theory of lifespan continues in the final four stages of life, which are
identified as adolescence, young adulthood, middle adulthood and late adulthood. Each stage
identifies a conflict to be resolved with indicators of success and failure at the stage. It seems
however, that the theory in its framework is not all inclusive. Each section will discuss the conflict
and indicators of resolution, as well as identifying how the stage may vary for different groups.
Adolescence
The adolescence stage in Erikson s theory occurs between age twelve to age eighteen, where the
conflict to be resolved includes identity versus role confusion. During this timeframe, the individual
establishes a sense of self, where successful ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
This process is especially unique due to having neither identity of gender or sexual preference being
dominant, causing it more difficult for women to fully embrace their individuality.
Young Adulthood In Erikson s theory for young adulthood, the conflict to be resolved at this stage is
intimacy versus isolation. The theory discusses how individuals in the age group of 20 to 40 are
attempting to establish meaningful relationships with other people (Erikson handout, 2017). Success
at this stage includes strong relationships, being able to maintain friendships, and physical and
emotional intimacy, while failure to resolve the conflict resulted in loneliness and isolation (Erikson
handout, 2017). The conflict at this stage is representative of socially constructed expectations of
gender roles and cultural expectations, which does not account for several groups. In the stage s
framework, it assumes a life path surrounding relationships and traditional expectations of marriage
and family development, family defined as heterosexual. This traditional framework of development
does not align with modern development of lifespan. Gilligan (1993) discusses how traditionally in
American culture, women s roles are relational, and their identity is tied to their relationships with
men and children. With this, Erikson s theory at this stage excludes women who are driven by
careers or other passions outside of
Civil Rights Movement 1960s
In this Final Paper I had a choice of four topics to discuss from. I choose the third choose out of the
four which is: (How did the Civil Rights Movement evolve throughout the 1950s and 1960s? How
did the message and role of figures such as Martin Luther King Jr. and Malcolm X impact the
movement as a whole? Besides the African American movement at this time, what other groups
sought recognition? Did the United Stateslook different by 1968 than it did a decade prior?). These
are the four question I will be discussing about throughout this final paper.
I am going to start off with this first question which is: How did the Civil Rights Movement evolve
throughout the 1950s and 1960s? During this era there were several different groups that were ...

As I mention in a pier question, that the African American movement was not the only
movements that was happing during the 1950s and 1960s. There were several groups that were
also hoping for equal rights during the 1950s and 1960s. Some of those groups were children
rights, gay rights, and of course women rights. One of the large movements, other than the
African America movement, that was during this ear was the women s rights movement. In this
age and time women did not have the rights that we women do now. They had to fight and protest
for the rights that have as a luxury today. There were quite a few things women were not allowed
to do or it looked frowned upon when they did do them. Such as working in a man s work
environment and low wages, take birth control pills, and even owning property. Men and women
work in different occupations because of a combination of forces, including culturally defined
choices by workers themselves, discrimination by employers, and differences in skill levels and
qualities. Research has shown that occupational segregation is an important aspect of gender
inequality in earnings and contributes to other forms of inequality as well (Cohen, Philip N.) .
Women wanted equal opportunities for jobs and equal pay jobs for those jobs. By the early 1960s,
changes began to take place on the national level
My Personal Leadership Plan For Leadership Development
My Personal Leadership Plan
From leadership theories and observations and my personal experiences, I found that leadership is a
life learning process and best practices of leadership skills. Surprisingly, the Center for Creative
Leadership (CCL) points out that informal development opportunities, such as training, are
responsible for only 10 percent of the actual learning in leadership development, and ninety percent
of learning for leadership development is achieved in formal settings, mainly in everyday job
activities such as development assignments and challenging tasks and interpersonal interactions at
work, such as networks and mentoring relationships. Cronin and Genovese (2009) insist that what is
required in leadership are three things: practice, practice, and practice. Mastery, however, requires
more.
The sum of education, experiences, and observations lays a foundation upon which I will grow to
become a good leader. In this plan, I will focused on those aspects of leadership that I believe are
most required for personal development as well as those which will be so significant for my future
leadership career. I have identified three goals which will guide me in the development process. My
goals are to develop my integrity, listening skills and communications skills. I assume that this plan
will change and be altered as required by life circumstances.
Goal 1. Integrity. Growing up to be a fully and true leader, I want to strengthen my integrity. It is
necessary
Using Encryption As A Tool Protect Information And Prevent...
VULNERABILITIES Pressures are mounting for organizations to implement encryption
solutions. With the staggering costs of data loss, encryption projects are on the rise. Using
encryption as a tool to protect information and prevent data loss is certainly not a new tactic. Data
breaches are happening every day, around the world. So why is it important today? Using
encryption as a tool to protect information and prevent data loss is not a new tactic (Skinner ,
Eric, 2008) . There are many reasons now that make encryption more important than ever. Data
being breached is happening everyday around the world. There isn t a day that doesn t go by that
I don t hear something in the news about something being breached. Or information being leaked
and every year breaches are becoming more costly. There are several types of data encryption used
in today s world. Some of these are file and folder encryption, e mail encryption, full disk
encryption, mobile data encryption, cloud encryption, and application encryption. All corporations
and businesses are in need of incorporating all of these, with today s technology. It is very important
that businesses understand the different types and how important they are, so they can make the
best decision possible. One of the most important things today is securing the mobile workforce.
Most of the organizations are making sure that employees can complete their work from anywhere.
On a daily bases we are constantly checking and sending emails. The
Innovation of Hydrothermal Synthesis from the Past and...
INNOVATION OF HYDROTHERMAL SYNTHESIS FRON THE PAST PRESENT Traditional
Hydrothermal Synthesis since the end of the 19th century, hydrothermal synthesis of inorganic
materials has been carried out. It is defined as the precipitation of these materials from aqueous
solutions at temperatures above the boiling point and at pressures greater than ambient pressure.
This method is actually environmentally because it does not require any organics or additional
processing such as calcinations. That is the reason why it has been widely used for synthesis of a
wide range of materials especially metal oxides such as hematite and quartz. Hydrothermal
synthesis of quartz was demonstrated several decades ago and now currently used commercially.
The traditional hydrothermal synthesis method is carried out in an autoclave type reactor where
an aqueous solution is heated slowly to a certain temperature and then aged for several hours or
days. In the case of the formation of metal oxides, hydrothermal synthesis method is generally
involve two reactions which are hydrolysis of the meal salts followed by dehydration. M(NO ) x
+ xH O = M(OH) x + xHNO (Hydrolysis) H O x M OH x MOx / 2 2 2 ( ) = + (Dehydration) This
method is normally at around 373 473 K. During the heat up period, the above reactions take place to
produce nuclei and eventually crystals. During hydrothermal reactions resulting in materials with the
desired microstructure and properties, the homogeneous nucleation and grain
The Postmodern Worldview And Its Popular Relativistic
In this paper I will consider the postmodern worldview and its popular relativistic claims alongside
of my theistic worldview where God almighty exist and as such, has revealed Himself to the world.
For the postmodern worldview, the ideas and behaviors of man are more of a perception of what
reality is and not an absolute. Phillips, Brown, and Stonestreet (2008) refer to postmodernism this
way, The focus of postmodernism is on how we perceive and how we describe what the world is
(p.53). Further, the postmodern interpretations of truth can be evaluated through the different
communities, religions, and cultures where all are equally distinct and valid. In contrast, a theist
roots their beliefs in the existence of God. The most... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
What do I believe to be true in with my theistic worldview and why do I believe it? Because of God
s revelation to and through His creation, I/we can see a purpose and a definitive plan for mankind.
History is ordained by God there is a purpose and a goal for the course of human and natural events
(p.97). In essence God s plan is for order and not chaos and His works are purposeful and through
His accord. For God is not a God of disorder but of peace as in all the congregations of the Lord s
people (1 Corinthians 14:33, New International Version). God s nature and character are also
revealed to mankind as is our duty to love one another. Whoever does not love does not know
God, because God is Love. This is how God showed his love among us: He sent his one and only
Son in to the world that we might live through him. This is love: not that we loved God, but that he
loved us and sent his Son as an atoning sacrifice for our sins
(1 John 4:8 10, New International Version). God models the permanence love, a love that never
fails or dies and is eternal. Love is significant to the Creator and thus must be applied and carried
out by the created! God has also impressed on hearts a moral order and demonstrates His
sovereignty, goodness, and faithfulness to His creation. I believe, trust, and walk in this truth of God s
Essay on Health Promotion in Nursing Practice
The American Journal of Health Promotion defines Health Promotion as the science and art of
helping people change their lifestyle to move towards a state of optimal health, which is a balance of
the physical, emotional, social, spiritual and intellectual health. The main purpose of health
promotion in nursing practice is that nurses have a major role to play in order to guide individuals to
make healthy decisions by including their patients and families, communities that further form
organizations. So it is essential for nurses have thorough knowledge and information about health
promotion theories and models. Nurses must possess the skill to implement and upgrade the
effectiveness of evidence based interventions and critical work on... Show more content on

We also encourage our patients and families to go for screening tests for all kinds of cancers like
breast, cervix, prostrate and skin etc. Above all encourage them to take control of their disease
condition and try to live a healthy life. The implementation methods of health promotion that
encompasses all areas of nursing include: firstly the screening the individual by asking health history,
teaching them about risk factors of various diseases and how to prevent them by taking
immunizations and screening tests. Secondly, we focus on the health information regarding previous
disease condition like tuberculosis, MRSA, diabetes, cancer, AIDS, HIV, COPD includes airborne
and contact isolation diseases and take precautionary measure to further prevent them from spreading
by putting the patients in isolation rooms of contact, airborne and contact precautions.
The third aspect we focus on is the health education and help patients to develop skill to take care of
their hypertension by taking blood pressure medications on time. Teach them how to
