2. It has been submitted on behalf of the Life Insurance

Corporation of India that a similar grievance sought to be raised

through this Contempt Petition, was earlier raised before this

Court and the same was disposed of by order dated 27.04.2022.

3. Be that as it may, we deem it appropriate to grant four

weeks’ time to alleged contemnor(s)/respondent(s)-LIC to file

counter affidavit annexing relevant documents to demonstrate that

the order of this Court has been complied with and whether this

Contempt Petition would be maintainable in light of the aforesaid

order of this Court dated 27.04.2022.

4. List the matter in the fourth week of July, 2025.

5. In the meantime, learned counsel for the petitioner shall

provide copy of the Contempt Petition to the learned counsel

representing the LIC.
