HR Interview Questions and Answers - Important Points

1. Know about the Company : Important to know about the Organisation you re appearing for
interview by visiting their home page ( website ) Social media Profile .Research about company
Products, Technologies and future strategies. Research about key technologies used and market
implementation. Know about revenue stream and profitability. Research about key managing
personnel.

3. Know about the Role: Read and research the JD (Job description) carefully, asses what skills and
qualities you posses in reference to JD. Identify the questions to be ask and prepare your response
for those set of questions

2. Be calm and confident: Stay calm, focused, and composed during the interview. Be confident in
your answers, maintain eye contact, and do not be nervous.

4. Prepare Answers: Practice your answers before the interview, but do not recite / repeat them in
front of the interviewer.

Question 1:- Tell me about yourself (For freshers)

Sample Answer:

Hello,

I am [Your Name], a B Tech 3rd Year / 4th Year student from GL Bajaj Group of Institutions Mathura ,
with specialization in CS Core / AI & ML or Data Science. Completed my Internship in ________(
Company name ) _____( Specify the Project or Area of Internship ) using the technology ( Name the
programme ) and share success story / achievement. Quantify the achievement

Completed __________( projects ) ... share project details and quantification of achievement.

Specify your National and State level achievements.

Question 2:- How do you mange your stress?

Sample Answer:

Working under stress, in my opinion, can also be beneficial rather than harmful or depressing. It has
taught me how to set priorities and maintain a work-life balance. There was a time when I had three
assignments due in the same week, but I worked diligently and finished all three of them on time
because I carefully coordinated and scheduled my working time on each of them. I was able to
complete them in a stress-free manner and efficiently at the same time due to my preparation and
prioritization.

Question 3:- Where do you see yourself five years from now?

Sample Answer:

I have found a passion for experimenting and seeking practical solutions to technological challenges
through my degree in computer science and personal research. With this knowledge and skill
updation , I set a goal to achieve as managerial position within organisation and Industry

Question 4:- Give me an example of your creativity.

Share any real life situation where you have used out of the box solution , This answer would be
different as per individual personality

Question 5:- Are you comfortable with night shifts?

Sample Answer:

Yes, sure. I will be available for nightshifts. I am staying alone at my place so it won’t be any problem
for me. Just want to know about transportation and other facilities.

Question 6:- Are you willing to relocate for this job?

Sample Answer:
For my career, I would like to move. It’s a wonderful way to interact with different people and grow
my network. I’m confident that it would also improve my expertise. I don’t think I would have any
problems with it if the opportunity offered to me is acceptable, satisfying and feasible. And, I think
relocation teaches how to change or work with new colleagues.

Question 7 :- What was the toughest decision you ever had to make?

Sample Answer:

For example, I worked on a group project and had to make a variety of choices about how to spend
our limited budget. Our team knew how to connect easily with one another and these decisions
involved group meetings, and I agree that we individually made the best decisions for the team. Here
we can share any real life situation and decision made by us

Question 8:- Tell me something which is not mentioned in your resume.

Sample Answer:

You can mention the thing in which you are expert and not mentioned in resume

Question 9:- What is the Difference between Hard Work and Smart Work?

Sample Answer:

We can study in a specified period of time if hard work is combined with commitment and effort.
Here, success is a given. However, in smart work, one can achieve success by thinking out of box
because success is measured by careful preparation, innovative thinking, expertise, and effort,
among other factors.

Question 10:- Explain How You would be an Asset to this Organization.

Every organisation require a team which is having blend of Freshness and Experience , As I carry skills
and knowledge as per latest industry trend , implementing the learning with the experience would
be a great combination for organisation performance , and achieving results with latest learning and
freshness would make a great assets for the organisation

Question 11:- Will You Work Under a Bond of 2 Years?

Sure, Sir, I’m willing to sign the bond if understanding that these 2 years would be real foundation
stone for my career and will be a more efficient and experience individual in IT sector.
