The State Of The Present Day Economy

Information and Communications Technologies ( ICT ), E Commerce and Advancement in
Software give the chance to drastically adjust the path in which people and undertakings can seek
after their goals. ICT has evacuated the land and fleeting obstructions that oblige the operations
of any undertaking. Among the improvements of ICT is the presentation of better, quicker and
less expensive PCs that everybody could have admittance to, scaling down and versatile/compact
PCs and progression in transmission media. Quicker and all the more capable PC has been
ascribed to individuals like Moore s (see Moore s Law chart beneath) and nanotechnology
(fabricate PC frameworks with mole amounts of rationale components that are atomic in both size
and accuracy and are interconnected in complex and exceedingly eccentric examples). Scaling

as normal desktop PC. Tablet PC then again is an exceptional sort of journal that uses an advanced
pen. A significantly littler form of the Tablet PC is the secluded PC. Three prominent cell phones
these days are handheld PC, PDAs (Personal Digital Assistant) and PDAs. A few PCs today have
Allusions In The Handmaid s Tale
In The Handmaid s Tale by Margret Atwood, the Republic of Gilead was formed on extreme
religious views. In Gilead, the laws and regulations set in place, are pulled and manipulated from
the Bible. The authority the Bible already had before the reign of Gilead, had become even more
powerful. Small, fragmented pieces of Biblical text appear often throughout the novel to help
enforce this strict new rule of Gilead. Everything that was set in place before Gilead, have either
been Biblically renamed or changed entirely to suit their needs. For example, Offred mention soul
scrolls , was once a lingerie shop, but now its only purpose it for storing an old machine which
printed prayers onto scrolls. Names of other shops such as All Flesh , Milk and Honey , and Lillies
of the Field , all have biblical meaning behind them. By renaming food and former clothing shops,
the state manages to establish and maintain obvious references the Bible throughout everyday life in
Gilead. The new names are also meant to abandon old names for food shops that supposedly are too
much temptation for the citizens. The most important name, is that of the state itself, which is an
allusion to the Bible as well. In the Old... Show more content on [Link] ...
The text focuses on bringing a maid or in this case, a handmaid, into a childless marriage to create
heirs. This is the whole purpose for Gilead. Rachel insists that her husband Jacob bed his handmaid
because Rachel herself has failed to conceive. It is exactly this function that the Handmaids in
Gilead have and that is justified by biblical statements. The fact that almost all the names given to
the people in Gilead refer to the Bible suggests that the regime justifies the roles these people have
in society with certain events in the Bible. By doing this, the citizens roles are given biblical
Analysis Of Sweeney Erect And Sweeney Among The Nightingales
A social commentator, artistic critic, and artist, T.S. Eliot importantly chides modernist culture
within his representation of the recurring character Sweeney, while also adhering to principles that
he advances within his critical essays. Not only does Eliot merely describe the lust that he observes,
but he, through Sweeney, interacts with, and consequently conveys its specific circumstances.
Infusing mythological allusions into his depictions of such immoral situations, Eliot becomes an
important medium for channeling the progression of such phenomena as sexual catastrophe into a
modern setting. Criticizing the lechery and vulgarity which characterize the Modern Period, Eliot
intentionally creates a two dimensional world in both Sweeney Erect, and Sweeney Among the
Nightingales in order to more sufficiently caricaturize the decadence of the lust and animalism that
pervade his culture.
An essential framing mechanism for both emphasizing the poem s theme, and consequently
providing social commentary, Eliot s static, caricatured, portrayal of Sweeney augments his
argument that sexual deviance and lust perpetrate sexual catastrophe. Considering the benefit of
static characters within Ben Jonson s poetry, Eliot notes that Men may not talk in that way, but the
spirit of envy does, and in the words of Jonson envy is a real and living person, thus insinuating that
the act of limiting his character to a mere manifestation of envy is a more cogent method of
highlighting his theme than creating a dynamic role (63). By titling his poem Sweeney Erect, Eliot
verifies his desire to establish a static mechanism for providing social commentary, as the title itself
both posits that Sweeney resembles a primitive human ancestor, and elicits the image of sexuality
through the word erect, ultimately characterizing his satirical figure before he is even introduced.
Mirroring this sentiment, Eliot uses Sweeney as an embodiment of both primalism and sexual
promiscuity, thereby developing his ultimate contention that concupiscence directly results in sexual
catastrophe. Introducing this relationship in his poem Sweeney Erect, Eliot depicts Sweeney s
reaction to a prostitute who was suffering from epileptic shock, noting

family member ask the doctor questions, the doctor gives a good interaction with patients through
face to speaker, has eye contact with patients, lean forward, open posture, make a relax environment.
It shows that the doctor not only respects his patients, and have a pleasant conversation with patient
s family member, but also gives the patients family member s hope and relax. That will be a best
way to communication. On the other side, in the bad communication scenario, when the doctor

I think I am not only need communicate with children, but also, I will interact with parents and
my co works. I think it is very important to be respectful to everyone. When I talk with children I
will be stayed in children s level, and keep eye contact with children. Children were young, they
maybe not understand too much words, but they are very sensitive to how educators treat them.
For example, when you speak with children with a warm tone, they will be happy; to the contrary,
they will be afraid. If you respect them and try to build a good relationship with them, they will
know you are a good person; and after they were familiar with you, they will always have a happy
face to you, also they want to kiss or give you a hug. For parents, they are adults, they have a good
understanding ability, but they are also take care of their children. Hence, when I interact with
parents about their children, I need face to the parents, with eye contact, and try to use some mild
tone to express our ideas about their children and I want to show parents, I do my best to build a

Atticus A Good Father Analysis
In to kill a mockingbird Atticus is a very good father for his children, because he is loving, wise, a
role model, and more. Atticus is a very good father one reason is that he is wise and loving, his
love for his children and gives them great advice. Atticus is wise he teaches them that you
shouldn t judge a person no matter what they do and what they look like. He guides Jem and
Scout as they begin to grow up and mature into adults. Jem showed his feelings when his father
lost the Tom Robinson case, he was crying. Atticus showed that he loves his children by helping
Jem when he was crying. His children saved him from trouble. When an angry mob of people were
coming. Even though Atticus is a widowed father he steers his children good behavior and into the
right direction. Which at the time was hard to do in Deep South Alabama. That is my first example
showing that Atticus is a good father for his children. Another reason why he is a good father is that
he is determined to teach his children the value of respecting all people, no matter what. What shows
this is when Atticus defending a black man that was accused of doing... Show more content on

During the trial he realized that he has to show his kids the real world, what really is going on

Scout and Jem value people no matter their skin color or social class status. They will need this
lesson for their whole lives. He is also very brave and caring, he doesn t hate anybody not even if
there cruel like Bob Ewell. But doing the trail he choose the right thing to do by telling everyone
what Bob Ewell did at the trial. After that Bob Ewell threatens to make Atticus life miserable,
Atticus choose to walk away rather than fighting him. His children learned another lesson from him
and that is bravery. That is my last reason on why Atticus is a good
Character Analysis Of Dorian Gray And The Picture Of...
Dorian Gray from The Picture of Dorian Gray, and the player from Doki Doki Literature Club are
both the protagonist of their stories and share a similar personality trait The Two Face. The Two
Face is a character that expresses two different sides to their personality one that they keep hidden
and the one that they show to others. Dorian s Two Face personality is the split of his physical
body, which does not age and allows Dorian to do what he wants in his society, and his painting,
which changes form to reflect Dorian s sinful acts; meanwhile the Player s Two Face personality
share the same body, that of the characterwho is written to forget the strange or unnerving events that
happens within the game, and the person playing the game, who will most likely remember the
events for a long time. Both Dorian and the player get what they want without much refusal from the
other character. For instance, in The Picture of Dorian Gray, Basil, when wanting to paint Dorian s
picture without Lord Henry staying in the room, Dorian begs Basil to let Lord Henry stay, to
which Basil agrees, adding Dorian s whims are laws to everybody, except himself (Wilde, 19).
This hints at the early whims of Basil giving in to and seeing the good side of Dorian, but it is
more of Dorian wanting Lord Henry to stay with him to influence him of his ideology of only liking
things for the beauty, not the substance, since Lord Henry gave him a bit of advice earlier in the
confrontation of the three men;

August 20, 2015 3.2.13 Practice: Revision Strategies The tempest one of the most difficult
Shakespearean works in my opion to stage, from its stormy, chaotic first scene to its sureality to its
ambiguous resolution, with Prospero facing his silent, treacherous brother and renouncing the power
that has made every action in the story possible. Potent language remains the central force and
mystery of this fathomless play. Prospero speaks almost a third of the lines in The Tempest, and
controls the amount of speech every other character on the island has through manipulation and
magic. Prospero s narrative of how he came to the island, what he did once there, and what he is
owed for this history, goes largely unchallenged in the text. Yet... Show more content on

I think that what Prospero is doing here has much to do with the process of the Othering as a
method to make a binary opposition so that he can justify all his brutal and inhuman actions
towards Caliban. Bartolomé de Las Casas 16th century Spanish historian talks about this process
of Othering or let s say considering the Others to be barbarous just because they cannot speak
fluently the language of the Colonizer s, just like what Prospero does towards Caliban, and he
argues that it is not just, because the Others can also consider us as barbarous for not knowing our
language: Prospero teaches Caliban to speak his language, but never gives him access to his
books. There is no indication that Miranda ever sets her hands on these fabled tomes, either:
Prospero controls the reality of both Caliban and Miranda through language and stories, giving
them no other means of education or perspective. Caliban, forced to use the language of his
oppressor, resorts to curses, and knows that the way to destroy Prospero is through his books, telling
Stefano and Trinculo to burn them before they kill him. These books have an
