Difference Between Chipotle And Bread
When I was a kid I did not enjoy eating and was very particular about that foods I consumed. My
mother would always try to trick me into eating by bribing me or telling me that the food would
give me powers. I also did not enjoy going to restaurants because I found it boring and since I was
not looking forward to the foodit was not a pleasant trip. But now I enjoy eatingand going to
restaurants, in fact, I eat more at restaurants than I do at home. Two of my favorite restaurants are
Chipotle and Bread Zeppelin Salads Elevated and they have some similarities but also differences.
Two similarities between Chipotle and Bread Zeppelin Salads Elevated are food presentation and
line service; two differences are the menu and price. The first similarity between Chipotle and Bread
Zeppelin Salads Elevated is the food presentation. Chipotle is known for their savory burrito, a
tortillafilled with your choice of rice, beans, meat and any extra toppings such as lettuce, cheese,
sour cream, all wrapped around in the flour tortilla. After the burrito is wrapped, they hand it to
you wrapped around tin foil to keep it warm and fresh. Bread Zeppelin Salads Elevated offers the
customer the same choices as chipotle of picking the ingredients and after the ingredients have been
chosen, a worker will take all the ingredients and lay them on a cutting board to chop them into
small pieces. After the worker is done chopping, he or she will take a french baguette and hollow it

Jamaica Bahamas And Cancun
Kiana C. Edwards Professor Koziak Research Paper 3 December 2015 PLANNING A
VACATION There is nothing like a vacation, a place where everything you enjoy is close by and
everything you can do without is as far away from you as possible. In my opinion to have a great
vacation you must explore, experience and enjoy. You must research your desired vacation spot that
meets your criteria in the order of importance such as cost, safety, nightlife and activities and food
culture. Places that have met my criteria are Jamaica, Bahamas and Cancun. These three places are
affordable, culturally rich, family oriented and have great reviews. COST Vacations can be
expensive if not planned accordingly. You will have enough money to do the... Show more content on

Cancun has tons of restaurants that will satisfy your cravings. Mexico is well known for their
famous flavorful cuisines such as quesadillas, tacos, and tostadas. Located in the hotel zone you
may find many different restaurants such as authentic Mexican cuisine, seafood and Indian
cuisine. If you re a fan of spicy food Mexico is where to be. Flavors from around the world have
influenced Mexican dishes. In just about every culture you look at, you can find a touch of
Mexico in it. In the Bahamas seafood is very popular whether its conch or fish and grits. Seafood
is one of Bahamians most common foods. Conch is one of the popular delicacies in the Bahamas.
It is said that Bahamas food is never bland, so prepare your self for the many tastes you will
experience. Bahamas food is truly unique, most of the food are spicy similar to Jamaican cuisine.
So a tall glass of water or beer is advised. Similar to Jamaica Bahamians produce their own crops
and have many herbs that are used for herbal medicine. It s a tradition African slaves brought with
them when they went to the Bahamas and Jamaica.
King Pellinore In The Once And Future King
Only a Pellinore can catch it that is, of course, or his next of kin. Train all the Pellinores with that
idea in mind. Limited eddication, rather. Fewmets, and all that (White 23). King Pellinore is a
minor character with some major roles in T.H. White s The Once and Future King. King
Pellinore shows many different personality traits in the novel. King Pellinore is comical, virtuous,
and dedicated. To begin with, King Pellinore is comical in The Once and Future King. King
Pellinore s comical side is displayed widely throughout the novel. King Pellinore s appearance is
shown as a comical one. When Pellinore lifted up his visor, it revealed, two enormous eyes
frosted like ice (White 22). These eyes turned out to be spectacles that were, fogged by being
inside the helmet (White 22). King Pellinore s appearance was further established as comical when
his helmet s visor continuously kept closing. King Pellinore is also shown as comical through his
clumsiness. When Wart first meets Pellinore, Pellinore nearly falls off his horse. He also dropped
his lance and his spectacles. As he bends over to get his items, his visor continues to shut. This adds
to King Pellinore s comical characteristic. Additionally, King Pellinore is virtuous... Show more

King Pellinore is most dedicated to his expedition. He has been dedicated to hunting the Questing
Beast for a long period of time. Funny thing that. Now I have been lost for seventeen years (White
22). He has dedicated seventeen years of his life to hunting the Questing Beast. He also shows
dedication to his expedition when he has the chance to kill the Questing Beast. Instead of ending his
lifelong quest, he allows it to continue by caring for the Questing Beast when it is unwell. This
shows that Pellinore is dedicated to what he does best, hunting the Questing
Essay on Mediations of First Philosophy by Descartes
Mediations of First Philosophy by Descartes

In the Mediations of First Philosophy Descartes tries to prove the existence of God in the third
meditation. He does this by coming up with several premises that eventually add up to a solid
argument. First, I will explain why Descartes ask the question, does god exist? And why does
Descartes think he needs such and argument at this point in the text. Secondly, I will explain, in detail
, the arguments that Descartes makes and how he comes to the conclusion that God does exist. Next,
I will debate some of Descartes premises that make his argument an unsound one, including circular
reasoning. Finally, I will see if his unsound argument has diminished and undermined his principal
goals and the ... Show more content on [Link] ...
Descartes gives an example of a stone, stating that the stone can t be made by anything that doesn
t contain everything found in a stone. Basically the premise is based on a more general one that,
it is not possible for something to come from nothing. Descartes then applies the Causal
Adequacy Principal to ideas. Descartes claims that just in the case of how objects must contain at
least as much reality as what created it ,then the cause of an idea must contain at least as much
reality as the idea itself. So if an idea I represents some object O as having property P then the
cause of I must have as much F as O is represented as having. Descartes puts these premises
together and arrives at the fact that God exists in the following way. Since my idea of God
represents God has being infinite and perfect whatever causes this idea must be infinite and perfect
as well. Descartes then realizes that he cannot be the cause of his idea, of God, because he is not
perfect or infinite. The definition of God as being the perfect being shows that the only thing that
can cause this idea of the perfect being is God himself. Therefore a being that is perfect and infinite
exists. Since an infinite perfect being exist God must exist. Descartes has arrived at a conclusion and
has proved his argument. There were a few smaller argument that Descartes offers throughout the
third meditation. One of them suggest that it is not possible to exist without the existence
Descriptive Tourism
5 must see top rated tourist attractions in Argentina

Argentina is a stunning country and it is one that should sit high on anyone s bucket list. There s a
challenge, though, when planning a trip because the country is so massive it s difficult to know
where to start or end up. It s difficult to narrow the tourist attractions down to just 5 because there
are so many, but we dedicated ourselves to choosing the absolute best and here s what we came up
with.

Please note: they re all so awesome we haven t put them in any particular order.

1. Perito Moreno Glacier

Another UNESCO site, and this one you will find in El Calafte, a small town which is home to Los
Glaciares National Park. What s of interest here? The Perito Moreno Glacier, not only is it the third
largest fresh water reserve on the planet, it is also home to an 18 mile long ice formation.

The visitor center is just two hours from the town and from the center there s only a short walk to
reach to glacier via a walking circuit. For the more adventurous spirits out there... you can climb
Perito Moreno! Yes, there are tours available from a quick hour walk on the surface of the ice to a
five hour trek. That s not all you will find at the park, though. There s also a 2 mile high mountain,
Monte Fitz Roy, which is just as treacherous as Everest.

2. Ushuaia
Patagonia is well known for incredible landscapes, bragging massive stretches of plateaus and
plains, made all the more dramatic by the backdrop of the Andes. This southern hot spot also
happens to feature Ushuaia which just happens to be the most southern city in the world. It got its
start in the 20th century as a penal colony, but now it s become the place to launch adventures. It s
the starting point for trips around Cape Horn and kicking off an Antartic adventure. It s fondly
known as the end of the world and has a truly unique landscape that features woods, mountains,
glaciers, and sea. It sits at the very edge of Tierra del Fuego National Park. In fact, you ll want to
visit the National Park, too, while you are in the area.

There are also two museums that shows the unique history of the area, and a lighthouse (built in
1884).

Interview At The Elementary School
This Tuesday, February 23, 2016, I had the opportunity to interview Carolina Portales. Mrs.
Portales is a Pre K ESL teacher at the elementary school Lorenzo de Zavala in the Grand Prairie
Independent School District. Even though I had to wait about an hour to interview her, it was
worth it because she was very helpful and kind answering most of my questions. The interview
lasted about an hour; it started about 4:00 pm and ended by 5:00 pm. She not only answered most
of my questions, as well, she gave me some advices to get ready for my first year of teaching.
According to Mrs. Portales the math professional development activities that she has participated in,
are the ones that the district of Grand Prairie offers. She described her overall experiences learning
math as not so well, because she has had teachers that did not care about her learning. She felt that
her teachers were more worried in completing the lesson or the unit, than their students learning. She
claims that due to that kind of teachers, she has not learned everything she needs to learn, but
fortunately she knows enough maths to teach what she needs to teach. She keeps up with the latest
changes in math instruction by going to the different workshops offered by the district, and by
asking new teachers for new ways of teaching. She believes that new teachers come to the profession
with new, and better teaching strategies. As well, she keeps up with the latest changes by searching

Harbaugh Vs. Michigan Rivalry Analysis
It s safe to say college football s Ohio State versus Michigan rivalry was in the doldrums prior to
Wolverines head coach Jim Harbaugh s return to his alma mater last year. The Buckeyes have
dominated Michigan since the turn of the century, winning 12 of the 14 matchups between the two
schools from 2001 2014. With a 10 3 record in his first season as Michigan s head coach, Harbaugh
is bringing life back to a rivalry that many consider the best in college football.

Because of Harbaugh s return to the school he once quarterbacked for, interest in the Buckeyes
and Wolverines rivalry was at its highest in nearly a decade last season. Yet, Ohio State continued
its dominance over Michigan as Buckeyes head coach Urban Meyer welcomed Harbaugh to the
rivalry with a 42 13 beatdown in Ann Arbor, Mich. Meyer has revived one of college football s elite
programs since he accepted the Buckeyes head coaching duties in 2012, totaling 50 wins ... Show

4 ranking in the final AP Poll in 2010. He parlayed that prosperity into a Super Bowl appearance as
the San Francisco 49ers head coach in 2013, proving that his elite coaching skills translate to any
level. With that success comes the clout that has allowed Harbaugh to compete within college
football s most important landscape, the recruiting arena.

College football s National Signing Day commenced Wednesday, further highlighting Harbaugh s
impact on the recruiting trail. According to seemingly every outlet (ESPN, Rivals, 247Sports,

biggest splash of the day was the commitment of No. 1 overall prospect Rashan Gary, a defensive

The Success of Learning Organisations Is Predicated on...
The success of learning organisations is predicated on particular internal organisational relationships
and particular relationships between the organisation and its environment. Discuss.

The only long term sustained competitive advantage for an organisation came from the ability of its
people to learn faster than those in other organisations and to change the nature of the organisation to
match the changes in the environment. For an organisation to be considered to be learning, it must
contain certain characteristics and operate in certain environment to do so. How the organisation
learns will depend on the interaction between individuals within the organisation and the interaction
between the organisation and its external ... Show more content on [Link] ...
Open two way communication is encouraged; this will create a climate for learning where learning
is facilitated both mentally, by encouraging experimentation and allow mistakes. Open planned
physical space is desired, because this will help to create an environment which encourages more
interaction between employees and the effect of hierarchy will also be minimised. For an
organisation to have learning characteristics, it ll have to rely on the functioning of internal
organisational relationships and how the organisation interacts with its external environment.
Internal organisational relationships have a big impact on how an organisation can transform into a
learning organisation. Most organisations in today s society tend to be more modernist in terms of
its social structure. They make use of the hierarchical structure, the high level of formalization,
centralized decision making and vertical communication in the form of instructions. This type of
mechanistic structure produces predictability and accountability, but it restrains the level of
flexibility, adaptability and the innovation of the organisations. For an organisation to have learning
characteristics, an organic social structure is favoured over the mechanistic social structure. Organic
forms, characterised as informal, decentralised and requiring high degree of coordination across
departments, are more likely to be innovative and to grant greater discretion to employees
Muslim Women Grievances
If only Muslim women gave men their rights, men would give them theirs!
Sorry, but reality shows that this isn t how it works.

In theory, it sounds great but the truth on the ground is very, very different. When women sacrifice
themselves for their husbands (or other men), they are taken for granted and easily walked over.
When women remain silent in the face of abuse because they have been told to Be patient,
oppression and injustice is normalized and becomes the status quo and as soon as women start
speaking up for their Shar i rights, they are told that they are being selfish, they are not fulfilling
their duties as good Muslim women, and that they should simply make du a and wait for their ajr in
the Aakhirah.

Lip service is well and good, but when women s grievances are aired, we are immediately labeled
spoiled and selfish and immature and ungrateful.

Feminist is thrown about as an insult regardless of whether women identify as such or not... which
just goes to show that Muslims see the implementation of women s rights not as something that we
are entitled to by our Lord, but as a type of corruption.
It is so painfully telling that when women speak out against injustices that have been inflicted on us
for hundreds of years the response is not one of acknowledgement, compassion, seeking to rectify
oppression, but to castigate those women and say, But women abuse men just as badly!
There is perhaps no greater sign of the delusional attitude of Muslims than these responses.

Particularly galling is the fact that a man s satisfaction with his wife is considered the barometer of
her fulfilling his rights despite the fact that many, many men have unreasonable and even bizarre
expectations of their wives. A woman could give her life for such a man and he still wouldn t be
happy which is why we derive much comfort in knowing that Allah s standards are far more just than
that of mortal males (or
The Sisters And Araby, By James Joyce
In James Joyce s short stories, The Sisters and Araby the author describes two different characters
who find love , but ending up colliding their religious beliefs and sexual awakening leaving
themselves in confusion. The symbol of how the chalice is used in both these stories resemble
different but strong meanings behind each of the stories.
In the short story The Sisters Joyce uses the chalice to first introduce the religious connection with
Father Flynn. As a result of his psychic condition he broke the chalice that contained nothing for
him. From now on the chalice has no meaning for him it was empty, just as how he feels for the
stands of Christianity and its tradition. Breaking the most important vessel in the Catholic Church

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Loki Consulting, Inc. was established in 1997 as a result of Hurricane Fran. Many businesses were
devastated by the storm due to the absence of a disaster recovery plan. Realizing the need for disaster
recovery consultation, Loki Consulting, Inc. was created to provide businesses with expert
knowledge on implementing a critical component of any organization large or small. Loki
Consulting, Inc. has more than 20 years of experience in implementing effective and successful
disaster recovery plans.

In addition to the project analysis, a secondary deliverable is developing the recovery strategy. This
entails minimizing interruptions to normal operations and prioritizing system restoration.
Implementing standard back up procedures are recommended up to and including alternate storage
facilities. (German).
Once all pertinent information is gathered the project team should then begin documenting
planned steps and developing their testing strategy. All Disaster Recovery Plans should be
documented, printed and bound in hard copies. These copies should be stored in multiple
locations and in the possession of key personnel (i.e. homes and secured offices). (German). The
next phase would be developing the testing scenarios and implementing mock drills. A DR Plan
that is not continuously refined and validated is almost worthless. In order to maximize the
chance for success in the event of a real disaster it is essential that the DR Plan be executed on a
regular basis. Specific recovery procedures should generally be tested in house on a more frequent
basis. In addition, staff should be rotated as much as possible, thus providing a more
comprehensive test of the process and the plan, and providing trained resources in the event they
are ever needed. In order to adequately prepare for the mock drills, Media Madness should practice
several disaster recovery scenarios, including power outages, network
Frantz Fanon Research Paper
Rather, Fanon s holistic discussion of the process of decolonization echoed several familiar themes,
providing activists a reference point of reorientation during a time of increasing disillusionment and
alienation (motives of whites). (misinterpretation a larger us problem that was not restricted to
panthers). To better illustrate why Fanon s work stroke a chord with many activists, we first need to
consider Fanon s contribution to the study of the psychological effects of anti black racism and his
concept of decolonization. Born and raised in Martinique, Frantz Fanongrew up in a well to do
middle class environment. His mother in particular took great care that her son was well versed in
the language and the culture of the French colonizers,
What Role Should Management Have Within A Business...
What role should management have within a business regarding social responsibility? Explain.
According to Friedman, a manager s only responsibility is to the shareholders, and not society as a
whole (Jennings, 111). We all agree that a manager s primary responsibility is to the company and
the shareholders. We feel that the manager s role is to act as an agent to conduct business in
congruence with the goals set by the shareholders and laws of society, effectively making profit for
the company.

What are the different social responsibilities of a business? Can a business abide by all social
responsibilities at the same time? Explain.
Our consensus on the social responsibilities of a business include responsibilities to the
environment, the community, customers, shareholders, and employees. Such responsibilities would
include, creating new wealth, and new jobs according to Michael Novak. (Jennings) We all felt
that although it may be possible for a business to abide by all of these responsibilities at the same
time, it is highly unlikely due to conflicts between the social responsibilities. For example, in order
to make profit and charge their customers less, the business may not always be able to ensure perfect
performance in regards to environmental responsibility.

Define Sustainability.
We all had similar definitions for sustainability, but the best description is that sustainability is the
management and coordination of environmental, social and financial demands
George Orwell s 1984-Language Dominates Society
Language Dominates Society People take the idea of thought for granted. When a person thinks they
use language to create an idea in the mind. A human cannot talk to another human and convey that
thought if there is no language. If the government, an organization, or an individual takes control of
the language they could systematically degrade communication and control people s thoughts.
They could take out words, combine words or change the meaning of them which is what
happened in 1984. Several years ago when a person wanted to send a text message they had nine
keys that represented two or three letters. To type one word numerous clicks had to take place to
achieve each letter. As soon as people learned how to text they immediately shortened
