Weekly Goals:
• BPharm: Revise 3 chapters from 1–2 backlog subjects and take handwritten notes.
• MCAT: Study 3 topics (e.g., Enzymes, Cell Biology, Psychology Basics), use Khan Academy, and
create Anki cards.
• UI/UX & Data Analytics: Spend 6 hours on basics of wireframing (Figma or paper) and
Excel/Power BI.
• English: Practice speaking twice and write one journal or opinion paragraph.
• Self-care: Sleep 7+ hours daily, do light physical activity, and reflect each night.
