Recruitment Plan
RECRUITMENT
Any person employed by The company should meet the following general criteria:
Having the educational qualification and practical experience needed for the job as
specified by The company approved job descriptions.
Passing successfully at least two stages interviews and any other tests and evaluations
determined by The company.
To undergo successfully the medical check up as specified by The company.
Selected Candidate should provide the following documents to be kept in his employee's file:
a) Completed application form.
b) Birth Certificate.
c) Scientific qualification and recommendation letters.
d) 2 copies of the I.D. card.
e) Labor office registration receipt
f) Form No. 6 (Social Insurance) from the last employer.
g) Military Status Certificate or General Service Certificate for those exempted from the
military service.
h) Marital Status and address.
i) 6 personal photos (size 4 × 6)
j) Finger Prints.
k) An applicant shall complete the application form in her/ his handwriting at the HR
Department. Application forms cannot be taken outside this department.
The employee shall not get any of these documents back until the end of his services, and
The company has the right to keep the originals of these documents.
The employee may ask to get a certain original of any document for personal valid reason,
and should sign for that and return it back when it is no longer needed.

Expatriate staff whether hired locally or from abroad should posses the following documents:
a. A valid Passport.
b. A C.V. authenticated by concerned Embassy.
c. A recent Certificate obtained from Ministry of Health and Population with results of the
HIV test (AIDS).
d. All foreign staff whether local hires or from abroad should be holding a work permit in the
name of The company to satisfy the requirements of the labor law No. 12/2003, in the
meantime the number of foreign staff should not exceed 10% of the total number of Egyptian
staff, unless otherwise an exemption is obtained from Ministry of Manpower and Immigration.

1 Directors & Department Once a year, every manager should develop for his Department
Managers the annual manpower plan and budget for the next year, using
the Manpower Forecast Form (HR - 01) and submits the form
to the Directors for approval.
2 Directors Reviews, amends, approves and consolidates all the forms
from different Departments and submit them to the HR
Department
3 HR Department Collects the manpower forecasts of each department, reviews
checks, consolidates and submits to the Human Resources
Director to get it approved by the CEO (Chief Executive
Officer).
4 Department Managers Advise HR Department in writing the necessary job profile
about the required personnel for the department using the form
(HR - 02).
The Human Resources Requisition form (HR - 02) will be
signed by the concerned Department Manager, the Human
Resources Director and the CEO
5 HR Department The recruitment will go through either one or more of the
following phases:
Phase I: Internal Recruitment:
Available vacant position will be posted.
Phase II: External Recruitment:
The HR Department prepares the employment advertising log
(HR - 03).
(Newspapers, Universities, Employment agencies, Concerned
Labor Office), employment fares ….. etc.

8 Interviewers Interview the short listed candidates, select the most suitable
(Department managers & candidate, write their reports and recommendations and submit
Department heads… etc.) them to the concerned Director.
(Second Interview)
13 Concerned physician Makes the necessary medical check-up for the candidate’s fitness
for the job and medical forms shall be sent to the HR Manager
for continuing the employment procedures.
16 CEO (Chief Operations Signs the employee’s employment contract delegates this
