Harim: Good morning, everyone! Requesting all the students, faculty, and staff to please convene
here at the covered court as we are about to start our program.

Today, we gather as one community—with one mission: to inspire, empower, and protect the Filipino
youth. This convocation is a powerful reminder that every choice we make defines the kind of future
we create—not just for ourselves, but for generations to come.
Harim: To the respected personnel of the Central Philippines State University – Cauayan Campus,
headed by the ever-supportive campus administrator, Dr. Germa T. Borres;
Gelly: To the dean of instruction, we have Dr. Jenesa A. Dayono;
Harim: To the OSSA Coordinator, Maam Charrymie H. Nervar,
Gelly: To the two program heads, we have Sir Reymark G. Agita, from the College of Teacher
Education; and sir Fernan G. Castor, from the College of Agriculture and Forestry;
Harim: To our beloved resource speaker, who will be formally introduced later;
Both: And to the best students in the whole world! Ladies and gentlemen, good morning!
Gelly: What a meaningful and momentous day we have here at CPSU Cauayan Campus. Our theme
today speaks volumes: “Kabataang Filipino 2025: Matatag ang Paninindigan, Mapagmalasakit
sa Kapwa, Malayo sa Droga.” A call to every Filipino youth to be resilient, compassionate, and
drug-free. This important initiative is being led by the First-Year Students.

ladies and gentlemen, let’s proceed with the meat of our program today—to hear the
invaluable knowledge and insights of our dear resource speaker.
Gelly: To formally introduce him, let’s call on one of the classroom advisers of the First Year Level
and, at the same time, the School Publication Adviser, Ma'am Evitha Salazar. A round of

Gelly: Last April 23 to 25, 2025, the 18th CPSU-Wide Future Leaders of the Philippines Local
Convention was held at the CPSU Main Campus—a gathering that showcased the leadership, talent,
and commitment of our student delegates.
Harim: Today, we take a moment to recognize our outstanding delegates from CPSU Cauayan
Campus who represented us with pride and excellence. Let us now welcome Dr. Rosemarie P.
Gallardo, the FLP Adviser. to present the official results.
Gelly: Congratulations to all our delegates and winners! Your dedication, leadership, and passion truly
embody the spirit of a Future Filipino Leader.
Harim: May your achievements serve as an inspiration to your fellow students—and a reminder that
leadership starts with the courage to step up and serve.
