Subject: - Data Updation on She-Box portal in compliance to provisions of Sexual Harassment
of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013-
regarding.
The undersigned is directed to refer to DA&FW'S oM No. 44oL5/32/2o16-E-l dated
76.70.2025 and Ministry of Women's & Child Development on the subject cited above and to
again request all the organisation/institution under administrative control of this department to
update the details of Nodal officer and lnternal Complaint Committee on the She-Box portal
with login credentials, as provided in ANNEXURE-1.
2. Also, requested to highlight the web link to the portal ([Link] ) on all
the websites of your organisations/institutes and other digital platforms to create awareness
and disseminate information about it to more and more women employees facing sexual
harassment at their workplace.

The undersigned is directed to refer to Ministry of Women & Child Devetopment's OM
No. 13/6/20?4-WW {e-117112} on tt}e subject cited above, wherein it is stated that MoW&CD
has launched a 5he-Bot' portal for effective implementaticn of the provisions of The Sexual
Harassment of Women at Werkplace {Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal} Act, 2O13 to
compliance with the direction of Flon'ble Supreme Court of the provisions of the Act in the
matter of Aureliano Fernandes Vs State of €sa & Ors.
2. ln this regard, allthe Ministriesl$€partment and their subordinate offices are requested
to update the details sf Nodal officer and lnternal Committee on the She-8ox portal, as the
portal has been designed in a way that in absence of uploading of information of lC by the
concerned authority, the cornplainant will not be able to lodge the cornplaint through the
portal.
