About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Java Developer (Fresher) to join our development team. As a
Java Developer, you will work closely with senior developers and other cross-functional teams to design,
develop, and maintain high-quality Java-based applications.

Key Responsibilities

 Assist in designing and developing robust, scalable Java applications

 Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code

 Debug and resolve technical issues

 Participate in code reviews and learn best practices

 Collaborate with QA, designers, and other developers in agile teams

 Stay updated on new technologies and share insights with the team

Required Skills & Qualifications

 Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field

 Good understanding of Core Java, OOPs concepts, and exception handling

 Familiar with basic SQL queries and database concepts

 Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript is a plus

 Understanding of frameworks like Spring or Hibernate (added advantage)

 Good problem-solving and analytical skills

 Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

 Strong verbal and written communication skills
