**Target Audience:** Newly appointed SOC Dispatchers, Control Room Operators, or


Command Center personnel.

Course Aim
To equip participants with the essential knowledge, communication skills, and situational
awareness to effectively perform the duties of a Security Operations Center Dispatcher.
