My summer internship at New Era Industrial Pvt Ltd. commenced on May 24, 2025, and
concluded on June 30, 2025. During this period, I served as an HR and Management
Intern within the Human Resources Department. This role provided me with a
comprehensive understanding of daily HR operations and strategic management
initiatives.

As an HR and Management Intern, my responsibilities were diverse, offering exposure
to various facets of human resources. Key responsibilities and projects included:
Recruitment and Onboarding Support: Assisted the HR team in the end-to-end
recruitment process, including drafting job descriptions, screening resumes,
scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate assessments. I also
supported the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition
into the company.
Employee Data Management: Maintained and updated employee records in the
HR information system (HRIS), ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. This
involved data entry, verification, and generating reports as required.
Training and Development Assistance: Contributed to the coordination of
training programs for employees. This included preparing training materials,
managing logistics, and assisting in the evaluation of training effectiveness.
Employee Engagement Initiatives: Participated in organizing and executing
various employee engagement activities and events aimed at fostering a positive
work environment and enhancing team cohesion.
HR Policy and Compliance Research: Conducted research on current labor laws

management. I addressed this by creating daily to-do lists, prioritizing urgent
tasks, and utilizing organizational tools to keep track of my progress.
