Formula One is one of the biggest businesses in the world since the 1980s. The motor racing sport
itself is more than a century old, and through these years it carried out, survived and fought lot of
changes, innovation and development. Since the first Grand Prix in 1906 in Le Mans (won by the

Local promoters negotiated the terms of each team s participation individually, which often led to
disagreements and teams refusal from participation. This sense of uncertainty led to reluctance from
both the corporate sponsors and TV broadcasters to commit money and programming time to F1
events. The situation needed overarching agreements linking these players that make up the F1 world.

Examples Of Jim s Relationship In Rebel Without A Cause
In the movie Rebel Without a Cause there are many relationships throughout the movie. Some the
main characters relationship arcs with the characters Jim, Judy, Plato and also their parents go
through relationship with their parents and each other. There main relationships are stray with the
parents and then it branches of from that point. One of first characters you met in movie is Jim
and when he was playing with the toy in street at night. One the first relationship you see with Jim
character is him and his parents and his grandmother in a police station. The main thing between
there relationship is that Jim want his father to be more a man and stand to his mother, and his
mother is that she always wants to run away from trouble and move away. With the him and his
mother wants him to run from his problems while Jim want to face it himself and she goes against
his father and what he say. With his father there is some symbolism in the beginning of the movie
to show he wants from him he wants him to be more of man and to stand up to his mother. Jim
also has short relationship towards Buzz of that they both respect each other and the only reason the
do stuff like this is just because they have to do something. Jim has a relationship towards Plato of
him trying to be his friend shown as him trying give him his jacket but first rejected it and then later
on except the jacket. Then his last relationship is with Judy they had... Show more content on

Odysseus Gods Relationship
Relationship between gods and human: An assessment of The Odysseus in the Homer s epic In the
ancient Greeks culture, the belief that was directed towards the goddesses and gods was strong, and
they influenced most of their daily operations. The activities that were conducted during their daily
endeavours were coined on the intervention of the gods and goddesses. With this strong faith in
gods, the Greeks focused on giving reverence, offering respect, and holding them with high regards
when they are facing issues. They established strong emotional and spiritual relationships with these
gods and goddesses, although there was no link between the two physically. When looking at the

The Greeks were involved in showing respect to the gods through offering sacrifices and worshiping
the gods with the intention of improving the relationship between the mortals and the gods. As it is
provided in Odysseus character, there has been development of mutual respect between the gods and
the mortals and the Odysseus is involved in positively showing the effects of the gods. The Athena
and Odysseus show a strong bond between them, and this is not a mere mortal aspect rather it is an
extensive assessment of the god human relationship. Odysseus constantly worships Athena, and this
has created a platform for influencing the decision making process and constantly build their bond.
In return, she has been helpful to Odysseus in various issues including begging Zeus on her behalf
to help her in finding his home. It shows that there is always a connection between the gods and the
mortal. Changing the norms of the activities and influencing the family s decision can be affluent in
achieving the desired comfort and improving the overall success
St. Anselm Essay
St. Anselm

Not every great writer can be correct in what he or she is saying. This is the idea that Gaunilo had in
mind when he wrote his criticism to St. Anselm s Ontological Argument which states that if
something greater than anything else that could be thought of is conceived in the understanding then
it must exist. Gaunilo says it is foolish to believe in the existence of something just because it is
understood. He says there must be some kind of other explanation. In this paper, I will try to
explain both Anselm s theory and Gaunilo s argument by first breaking each of them down in
simpler terms. I will attempt to show what Gaunilo is trying to discredit with his objection. One of

If a child imagines the greatest toy he can think of and then is able to play with it, it has to be
better than just the image of the toy in the child s mind. He can feel it and hold it and play with
this perfect thing that nothing, in his eyes, can beat. He says it is perfect and part of that
perfection comes from the fact that he can play with his creation. If God is perfect in human
terms then he must exist, because if he did not then one can imagine something greater that does.
What Anselm is saying is that God is perfect, to be perfect is to exist; therefore, God exists.
Anselm uses an analogy of a fool to try and display what is meant by his idea. First, he says, Truly
there is a God, although the fool hath said in his heart, There is no God (68). The fool is
questioning whether or not God exists. He understands what God is, and he knows that God is the
greatest being that can be conceived. He understands that this being known as God possesses every
human perfection possible. This then, puts God into his understanding or rather, into his mind just
as the toy was in the mind of the child. However, the fool cannot understand God to exist. He
knows what the greatest being is; he just cannot see that being in front of him. He does not
understand that something can exist in reality without being a concrete item or being. He cannot
touch God or talk to or listen to God. He can only see God in his mind, so he is confused as to
whether God
Discuss the Beneficial Effects of Activated Protein C in...
Sepsis is a potentially fatal medical condition where the blood is overwhelmed by the presence of
bacteria; activating the immune response and potentially causing organ dysfunction due to the
disruption of homeostasis, tissue perfusion and limited oxygen supply. Systemic inflammatory
response syndrome can be a key to the recognition of the illness. This condition can be treated with
antibiotics intravenously or by draining the infected fluid. However, treating the infection with
appropriate anti microbial medication does not always cure the illness. Understanding the activation
of inflammation, coagulationand fibrinolysis in the pathophysiology of sepsis, has allowed further
research and development of therapeutic agents in its clinical... Show more content on

It inhibits thrombosis by inactivating co factors Va, and VIIIa (Neyrinck, 2009). When deficient,
Factor V can cause excessive blood clotting and Factor VIII, being an essential clotting factor, can
cause blood to profusely move out of tissues once cut or damaged (Faust, 2001 and Yan, 2001).
Thrombin may become limited, one reason being the decrease of plasma D dimer, which again
stimulates fibrinolysis (Bernard, 2001).
Animal models have been used to test the effectiveness of Protein C as a treatment for severe sepsis;
one example is an experiment carried out to investigate the coagulation effects of Protein C which
was tested using baboons (Taylor FB, 1987). Studies of this type have initiated the development of
recombinant human protein C; the activated form also termed drotrecogin alfa (activated).
A variety of variables are considered throughout the research of many experiments in investigating
whether Protein C is a beneficial treatment of severe sepsis. Animal models, specifically sheep,
were used to observe the clinical significance of APC in the work of Wang.Z et al. The results
indicate the beneficial consequence of APC on gaseous exchange and lactic acidosis; a
considerably higher arterial pressure is observed, as well as, higher thoracopulmonary compliance

The National FFA Organization
The National FFA (Future Farmers of America) is one of the largest student organizations in
America that spans all 50 states and two U.S. territories. When the FFA was first organized their
mission was to prepare future generations for the challenges of feeding a growing population.Today
the National FFA Organization has shifted their focus more on the individual student by providing a
path to achievement in premier leadership, personal growth and career success through agricultural
education( National FFA Organization, 2016). While the National FFA Organization is immense,
each state has their own program that provides a perfect example of both the structural and human

The Five Realms
CHAPTER TWO: The five realms

The five realms created by Khan in the beginning. Narrowind, Shif, Xeron, Inferno, and the Outer
Realm. Each realm is monumentouly different and meant to sustain the beings that Khan wills into
exsistence. Narrowind is the least magical of the realms, and lies in between the others as a nullifier.
It is where everyday humans and anmials make there home. It is also where Sauna makes her home,
blending in as just another everyday human. Narrowind is split into five districts, numbered from 1
to 5. District one is a harsh snowy land filled with mountains and caversn, while district two is a
large dessert like region, barren, and dawned by scorching heat. District three is a land of water and
undersea caverns. Districts four and five are the only parts of Narrowind that are acuallly inhabited,

Khan, Su, and Neo. While there are others that dwell in the Unreality known to some as the void,
they live in the far conrners of the realm, careful not to disrupt the power the three emit. The
realm is a barren void of drifting chucks of memory and the dispute between two distinct
personalities. Su and Neo are contantly pulsing the void with energy. The void has recently
become a trade route between sub species and has been used as means of travel as of recently as
well. It dwells above Stiff, at the top of exsistence.

Xeron is a vast jungle of magical beings and species. It is unexplored and undeveloped, making it
near impossible to navigate successfully. It homes creatures of ancient magic and divine power. It is
located below Narrowind and above Inferno.

The Inferno is hell. It is home of the Six Demon Lords and all other demons alike. It is a firey
realm of engulfing flame and death. The realm is led like a oligarchy. It is held together by the Six
Demon Lords with an iron fist. It is rumored to be where the damned take their final breaths. It is
located below Xeron, at the bottom of
The And The Colonists Of The Americas
The original motivations for the Spaniards going to the New World were to spread Christianity and
grow wealthy; however, when they arrived, the actions of the Spaniards against the natives of the
Americas did not reflect these original goals and led to unanticipated consequences. One such
unexpected consequence was a reliance on slave labor. In order to accomplish the work necessary
to make the profits that the Spaniards had expected, they turned to the natives as a work force. This
need for laborers led the Spanish to enslave the natives, which led to conflict and cruelty, which went
against the initial goal of spreading Christianity; if the prospective converts are being mistreated by
those hoping to do the converting, the conversion itself becomes much more difficult due to the
negative relationship. The Spaniards strongly believed that it was their sacred duty to save the
faithless natives of the Americasby introducing them to God, and so they did all they could to see
this happen, despite the negative impacts on the relationship between the natives and the Spaniards.
This also made it more difficult to easily exploit the resources of the region against the wishes of the
natives, because the growing bitterness between the Spanish and the natives made it impossible to
successfully work together in an economic setting in the same way as the Dutch and the French.
Thus, the actions of the Spaniards upon reaching the New World worked mostly against their
original goals of
A Study On Nutrient Agar
Nutrient Agar To observe the colony morphology, the original unknown culture was streaked for
isolation on nutrient agar using the quadrant streaking technique, inverted, and incubated at 37°
C for 48 hours. This allowed for observation of the colony morphology. Separation of Gram
positive and Gram negative The original unknown culture was streaked for isolation on
Columbia CNA agar and MacConkey agar using a quadrant streak, inverted, and placed in a 37°
C incubator for 48 hours. CNA agar contains a mix of colistin and nalidixic acid, as well as sheep
blood. If there is poor or no growth on CNA agar, then the organism was inhibited by colistin and
nalidixic acid and is Gram negative. However if there is good growth, the organism was not
inhibited by colistin and nalidixic acid, and is Gram positive. MacConkey agar contains bile salts
and crystal violet. If there is poor growth or no growth, the organism was inhibited by crystal
violet and/or bile, and is Gram positive. If there is good growth, the organism was not inhibited by
crystal violet or bile, and is Gram negative. Gram Stain This protocol was performed once using
the culture on the Columbia CNA agar, and once using the culture on the MacConkey agar. The
Gram stain uses crystal violet as a primary stain, ethanol acetone as a negative stain, and safranin as
a counterstain. A small amount of the culture was heat fixed to a glass microscope slide. The culture
was flooded with methylene blue, and allowed to sit for one
