Day 1 : Count Your Blessings

First thing in the morning, ‘Count your blessings’. Write down anywhere. List 10 blessings
you are grateful for. Start from the first one on the list and read it out loud or in mind, why
you are grateful. At the end, say 3 times ‘Thank You’ with feeling of gratitude. Then move on
to the next blessing on your list.

Day 2 : Magic Rock

Find a smooth rock or stone small enough to fit in your palm. Put where you can see it near
your bed. Before sleep, hold the rock in your closed fist. Think of the best thing that
happened in the day and why you feel it was the best. And then, say ‘Thank You’ with feeling
of Gratitude.

Day 3 : Magical Relationships

Choose three of your closest relationships you feel grateful for. You may include God/Guru,
parents, spouse, children, siblings, friends, mentors/teachers, colleagues, etc. Have a
photograph of each one. Hold it in your hand & think of the things you are most grateful to
them for, that is, their best qualities or their important actions that helped you. Think of five
things for which you are grateful to them for. Look at the photo and say Thank You with the
reason for being thankful in each of those five things.

Day 4 : Magical Health

Write on a card in bold letters - ‘The Gift of Health is Keeping me Alive’. Put it where you will
see it often. Read slowly, one word at a time and feel grateful. Do this atleast four times.

Day 5: Magic Money

Take a hundred Rupees note and on a sticker to be put on the note, write in bold, capital
letters, 'Thank You For All The Money I have Been Given Throughout My Life'. Take it with
you, everywhere on the day of this practice in your wallet. At least three to four times, take
it out and read words slowly and feel grateful. Whenever you get money, through salary or
any other form, do not treat it as a matter of routine. Be grateful.

Day 6 : Works like magic


Today, during your work, find as many things to be grateful for. It is very simple. The more
busy you are in finding good things, you have automatically lesser time for finding
breakdowns and the momentum changes.

Day 7 : Magical Way Out of Breakdowns

Any situation that you want to improve, just list 10 things to be grateful for in a gratitude
journal. Even if you are in a serious breakdown in work or in a relationship or finances, find
whatever small things you can be grateful for. For instance, Disney's movie 'Pollyanna' had a
'Glad game'. In that, you look for as many things you can be glad about, especially in a
breakdown situation. It makes solutions appear by magically reducing the breakdowns into
shadow.

Day 8 : Magic Ingredient

Everytime before you drink or eat, be thankful for your drink or food. While eating or
drinking, take a moment to focus on the taste and be grateful.

Day 9 : Money Magnet

Find your unpaid bills - Write "Thank you for the money." on them, whether or not you have
the money. Find 10 of your last paid bills - Write "Thank you - Paid". Feel gratitude towards
the services and luxuries that these bills paid for.

Day 10 Magic Dust Everyone

Pretend you have magic glitter that you are sprinkling onto everyone you are thankful for.
For every person you run across today who does something for you, say thank you and
sprinkle some glitter. Ensure your attention is solely on the subject you are thanking. At the
end of the day, think back on those 10 people and make a list mentioning their name and
what they did. Then, send some magic glitter their way as a sign of gratitude.

Day 11: Magic Morning

From the moment you wake up, say Thank You! During your morning routine, add Thank You
to each activity you undertake. As you get dressed, say thank you for the clothes, the geyser,
the kitchen appliances and so on.
Day 12 : Magical People Who Made A Difference

Think of 3 people who have changed your life. Write them a letter expressing your gratitude.
Read the letter as if you were reading it to them. Extra Activity (if you can) : Mail them the
letter.

Day 13: Make All Your Wishes Come True

Determine your top 10 desires. Write them down in this form, "Thank you, thank you, thank
you (insert desire as if you have already received it here)." Read and imagine you have
achieved your desire. Ask yourself these questions: What emotions did you feel? Who did
you tell first and how? What's the first thing you did once it was achieved?

Day 14 : Have a magical Day

Think about the day ahead and what you have to do. List down mentally or physically what
needs to be done through the day. Go through each task and say thank you for it going well.
At the end of the day go through your day and be thankful for everything that went well.

Day 15 : Magically Heal Your Relationships

Think of a relationship with someone that is strained, difficult or broken. Make a list of 10
things you can be grateful for from that relationship. Write it down like this , "NAME, i'm
grateful to you for ______." Read through the list and focus on each item you are grateful for
and say thank you.

Day 16: Magic and Miracles in Health

Think in past when atleast at three different times in your life that you were your healthiest.
Be grateful for those times and be thankful for the specific reasons why. Think of 5 organs in
your body that you are thankful for at this moment. Imagine your perfect health & body and
be grateful as if it is perfect right at this moment as well.

Day 17 : The Magic Check

Make a Magic Check. Think of something specific that you would like to have for yourself.
Start with something small. Determine how much it will cost. Write out the cheque and keep
it with you. Look at the cheque a couple of times during the day and be grateful as if you
have already received it.

Day 18: The Magical To-Do List

Write out your to-do list. Think of the top 3 things you need to have done. Imagine they are
done and express the gratitude you feel for them being done.

Day 19 : Magical Footsteps - Very Good Mood Lifter

Take 100 steps today which is 90 seconds of walking. Say thank you for each step you take.

Day 20 : Heart Magic

Focus on your heart. Keep your right palm on your heart and left palm on your right palm.
Express gratitude to your heart for working continuously. Go through your top 10 desires as
in Practice Day 13 and feel gratitude through your heart.

Day 21: Magnificent Outcomes

Think of 3 things you want a magnificent outcome to. Make a list of them and phrase them
as if they have been done. Throughout the day, as you come across unexpected events that
make you happy, thank them for their magnificent outcome.

Day 22: Before Your Very Eyes

As per Practice Day 13, grab your Top 10 Desires. Take a minute on each one to visualize it
happening. Carry the list with you today and reference it a few times throughout the day.
Day 23: The Magical Air That You Breathe

Take 5 five breaths. Say thank you for the air you breathe. Do this 5 times throughout the
day.

Day 24: The Magic Wand

Choose 3 people in your life that you would like to help to get more Health, Wealth or
Happiness. Gather photos of those 3 people. Take a minute for each person and visualize
you receiving the news that they are more Healthy, Wealthy and Happy.

Day 25: Cue The magic

Watch for cues to be grateful for. Find 7 cues and say thank you for those things. If you see a
mail van, say thank you for delivering your letters on time.

Day 26: Magically Transform Mistakes Into Blessings

Choose a mistake you have made. Write out 10 things that you learned as a blessing from
your mistake.

Day 27: Magic Mirror

Every time you see yourself in the mirror say thank you. Look at yourself in the mirror and
say 3 things about yourself that you are thankful for. You can also sing the song by Michael
Jackson called Man in the Mirror. I'm starting with the man in the mirror. And no message
could've been any clearer. If you wanna make the world a better place. Take a look at
yourself and then make a change.

Day 28: Remember The Magic

Think about all of the good things that happened yesterday. Make a list of everything you
were grateful for.
