Fischer-Tropsch (FT) Wax

Fischer-Tropsch(FT) wax is a synthe�c wax produced by the polymeriza�on of carbon monoxide under high
pressure, a technology used in the emerging natural Gas to Liquid projects. There are several unique
characteris�cs of Fischer-Tropsch wax, like high mel�ng point, low viscosity, and excellent hardness,
making it ideal choice in a variety of applica�ons.

Descrip�on
Polyethylene Wax, known as PE Wax, have unique polymer proper�es that make them useful in many
applica�ons. The major func�ons of polyethylene wax in many formula�ons are to provide lubrica�on or
provide physical modifica�on of a formula by changing viscosity and or mel�ng point.

When used for SPC flooring, it has following features:

1 High mel�ng point and hardness, low viscosity, small molecular weight, narrow mel�ng range and good
chemical stability.
2 Can be used as lubricant and dispersing agent, improve produc�on efficiency, dispersion, system viscosity,
surface hardness, luster, and fric�on resistance of the products in the process of produc�on.
3 Simple molecular structure, no harmful ingredients, unscented, environmental-friendly mee�ng ROHS
standard.

halogen-free, etc. They are in line with the development direc�on of flame retardants and have good
development prospects. As a new type of flame retardant, organophosphorus-based flame retardants are

Stearic Acid

Introduc�on
Stearic acid is widely used in the manufacture of PVC plas�c pipes, plates, profiles, and films. It is a PVC heat stabilizer
with good lubricity and good light and heat stabiliza�on. In plas�c PVC pipes, stearic acid helps prevent "scorching"
during processing. It is an effec�ve heat stabilizer added in PVC film processing and can prevent discolora�on of finished
films caused by exposure to sulfides.
Stearic acid plays an important role in the synthesis and processing of rubber. Stearic acid is a widely used vulcaniza�on
ac�vator in natural rubber, synthe�c rubber and latex. It can also be used as a plas�cizer and so�ener. In the process of
producing synthe�c rubber, stearic acid needs to be added as an emulsifier. When making foam rubber, stearic acid can
be used as a foaming agent. Stearic acid can also be used as a release agent for rubber products.

PROPERTIES
It is par�cularly very effec�ve for reduc�on in fog & heat resistance for PVC resins.

It contributes improved heat processing stability without contribu�ng to windshield fogging, that is, without
contribu�ng to vola�liza�on of the stabilizer component.

Based stabilizer composi�ons contribute to sa�sfactory stability against heat-mediated degrada�on and
sa�sfactory processing stability.

The samples containing the stabilizer based on THEIC does not darken as much samples containing the

PVC Impact modifier

PVC resin is a hard and bri�le material with poor impact strength, generally only 3-5kJ/m. At present, the
technology of blending impact modifiers into PVC polymers can effec�vely toughen bri�le rigid PVC. This
type of impact modifiers are polymer elastomers that have certain compa�bility with PVC. This blending
system can not only maintain the high modulus and high rigidity of UPVC, but also greatly improve its
notched impact strength and significantly improve the low-temperature impact strength.
