4. GRADE OF CONCRETE AND STEEL FOR STRUCTURAL MEMBERS

I. Grade of concrete M30.

II. Grade of steel Fe415 & Fe500.

5. ENVIORMENTAL EXPOSURE CONDITIONS

As per exposure condition given in IS 456:2000

I. Sub Structure:
All sub-structure elements are exposed to severe condition due to
moisture, soil chemical and groundwater effects.

II. Super Structure:

All external columns and peripheral beams are exposed to moderate
condition.
All internal columns, beams and floor slabs are exposed to moderate
condition.

6. CONSTRUCTION SEQUENCE AND LOADING PARAMETERS

The construction will be executed in a single phase, ensuring continuous

progress from foundation to completion.

The sequence of construction will follow standard engineering

practices:

I. Site preparation & Earthwork.

II. Foundation & Substructure Construction.
III. Superstructure (columns, beams, and slab floor by floor).
IV. Brickwork & Partition Walls.
V. Plumbing, Electrical & Fire Safety installations.
VI. Finishing Works (plastering, Flooring, etc.)
VII. Final Testing & Commissioning.
