Job Overview And Responsibility
We are looking for a Backend Golang Developer. If you have excellent programming skills and a passion for developing
applications or improving existing ones, we would like to meet you. You should be comfortable working independently
as well as with a team in the design and development of missioncritical websites, applications, and layers of
infrastructure, ensuring system consistency and improving user experience. This specific role requires an individual who
not only possesses advanced technical skills but also demonstrates leadership potential, adaptability, and a proactive
approach to meet the challenges of an ongoing project nearing a critical milestone. Ultimately, you should be able to
develop and maintain functional and stable web applications to meet our clients’ needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
▪ Project Integration and Collaboration:
✓ Join an ongoing project near the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) deadline and seamlessly integrate into the
development team.
✓ Collaborate closely with the existing team members, including frontend developers, other backend developers, and
stakeholders, to ensure alignment and integration of the app with the main system.
✓ Lead the development efforts in the subproject related to the mobile application, ensuring its seamless connectivity and
functionality within the overarching system.
✓ Implement highquality, scalable, and efficient code solutions using Golang within the microservices architecture of
the backend.
▪ Code Quality and Refactoring:
✓ Maintain and elevate the existing high standards of code quality, emphasizing clean code practices, and contributing to
code reviews and refactoring initiatives.
✓ Identify areas for improvement and implement necessary refactoring to enhance the performance, reliability, and
maintainability of the backend codebase.
✓ Guarantee that your code passes QA/QC's acceptance rates over 90%
✓ Design robust APIs to support mobile and desktop clients

✓ Quickly grasp and become proficient in the current codebase, stack, and business logics, adapting to the project's
specific requirements and technologies.
✓ Demonstrate a strong learning curve, swiftly acquiring domainspecific knowledge to contribute to the ongoing
project development effectively.
▪ Leadership Potential:
✓ Show potential and readiness to evolve into a Lead Developer or Tech Lead role, displaying leadership qualities in
guiding and mentoring junior team members, contributing to technical decisions, and providing technical direction when
needed.

Required Skills and Experience
Language: Vietnamese (Fluent or Native)
AND: Working Proficiency in English communication
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s in Computer Science or equivalent engineering degree
Extensive experience: 3+ years as a BackEnd Developer with a focus on microservices architecture, preferably using
Golang.
AND: Working Proficiency in English communication
Qualifications:

Extensive experience: 3+ years as a BackEnd Developer with a focus on microservices architecture, preferably using
Golang.
Language Mastery: Golang (2+ years) AND knowledge of or handson experience with 2 of JavaScript/TypeScript, C#,
Python, and others
Experience in writing secure web applications, Information security for APIs and databases
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
Knowledge and experience in SQL and NoSQL (ex: Postgres/MongoDB)
Proficiency in developing and integrating backend solutions for mobile applications, coupled with a solid understanding
of the complexities of extensive management systems.
Demonstrated ability to maintain high code quality standards, conduct refactoring activities, and deliver within tight
deadlines.
Strong problemsolving skills, adaptability, and a rapid learning curve in understanding complex business logic and
technical architectures.
Leadership potential with the capability and willingness to transition into a Lead Developer or Tech Lead role.
