Job Title: Market Research and Sales Outreach Intern

About the Role:
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Market Research and Sales Outreach Intern to join our
team. This role offers you the chance to work on strategic initiatives, contribute to market
research, and support the sales team with lead generation and outreach efforts. You will gain
hands-on experience in understanding market trends, customer behavior, and helping drive
business growth. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct marketresearch to identify potentialtarget audiences, customer needs, and
emerging market trends.
• Assistin sales outreach by identifying potential leads and communicating with prospects. •
Support the development and implementation of branding strategies based on research
insights. • Assist in creating sales presentations and materials for outreach.
• Conduct research on customer relationship management (CRM)techniques and strategies
to enhance sales effectiveness.
• Work with the sales team to develop customer engagement plans and follow-up
strategies. • Participate in sales forecasting and understanding market potential based on
research findings. • Assist in mapping sales territories and defining outreach priorities.
• Support the team in negotiation and influencing techniques to close deals.
• Help with key account management and customer experience initiatives to ensure retention
and satisfaction.

Ǫualifications:
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Sales,
Business Administration, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of market research and sales outreach.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with potential customers. •
Eagerness to learn about sales strategies, lead generation, and customer
engagement. • Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus but notrequired.
