The Holy Scriptures just like any other books that we read, with the many different types
of stories and writings, teach us many different things. However, the Bible, being the most
significant book of all, contains the truth about God, telling us who God is and how He wants to
save us. As the Bible says, “All Scripture is given by God and is useful for teaching, for showing
people what is wrong in our lives, for correcting faults, and for teaching how to live right.” (2 Tim
3:16)
The Bible might not directly answer every question, but I believe the Bible is never wrong
and that a deeper study of the book will lead the reader to a better understanding of God and
His plans for all people. With the stories told of long ago and what will happen in the future, from
the different books in the Bible, with short and long stories and songs by inspired men of God, I
believe the Holy Scriptures is a long message from God.

I believe that there is only one God in the whole universe, that God has existed forever
and that He created everything there is. However, when we say God, we mean The Trinity or
God is three persons. That means God the Father, Jesus, who is His son, and the Holy Spirit.
The doctrine of the Trinity may not be that simple and we may not understand it
completely, but the important point that I want to point out is that the Bible does not tell us about
numerous gods warring with each other over human beings. Instead, it teaches that each
Person of the Godhead is single-minded about saving us and they are working together to save
us.
#3
Some of the things I believe about God the Father is that He is the King of the universe;
He has always existed; He created everything; and He keeps all the stars and planets in space.
Because I believe that God is holy, big, and powerful, and that God the Father loves us
so much that He sent His only son to a dangerous place to save us, and therefore, it is just right
for me to pay respect to Him, to honor and give Him all my love.
#4
As part of God’s plan, Jesus was born as a human child. He grew up and lived just like
we humans do. He was tempted to be selfish and mean but He overcame and treated people
with kindness and love. His life on earth shows us how to live that way too.
Though Jesus is still God, He chose to become something less than what He was in
order to save the people He created. I would love to have Jesus live with me at home, at work,
and at play, everyday of my life.
#5
Like Jesus and God the Father, the Holy Spirit has always existed. The Holy Spirit had
been working with people from the beginning. Even though we cannot see the Holy Spirit, we
can see His effects and how He changes people.
The Holy Spirit works to change my heart and everyone’s hearts and I believe He makes
us become more like Jesus when we allow Him to speak to our minds. He will show us the way
to be like Jesus.
#6
I strongly believe that God created everything we see and even those that we do not
see. In six days, He created the world and also He rested on the seventh day, the day He
blessed and made holy.
I certainly do not want to have evolved from a creature that does not even have a mind
of its own or something else. Being created and having a perfect creator is a truly beautiful way
to be reminded that our God is a loving God who wants us to have a genuine relationship with
Him.
#7
What an honor for me to be created in the image of a perfect God and to be created in
His likeness. Being made in the image and likeness of God, we have the ability to know God
and therefore love Him, worship Him, serve Him, and fellowship with Him.
I am grateful that God made humans with the intention for us to live forever, to be happy,
and to be free. Boo to sin though, that made humans become sinful so that pain and sickness
and death have to come to everyone. But I rejoice because Jesus came to save us from sin and
put an end to it.
#8
We have to understand that the war between God and Satan is not a physical battle.
God is always fair and kind while Satan is fighting to make humans believe that God is unfair
and mean. The idea of doing as one pleases is what I have grown up to look at, which made me
think on the other hand about what God wants us to do. These ideas have created confusion in
me that the convenience of doing what I think is right has gotten me into trouble.
Thank God for second chances and for becoming human, for living a perfect life, and
then dying to pay for our sins. I thank God also for the truth that we can trust Him and that we
would be happy if we obeyed God’s laws of love.
#9
The Gospel, which is the good news, encompasses Jesus' flawless life, sacrificial death,
and triumphant resurrection. His narrative embodies healing, hope, and love, providing sinners
with crucial solace.
Jesus' purpose on earth was to unveil the genuine nature of God. A profound
comprehension of God's character forms the bedrock of establishing an authentic connection
with Him. Driven by His love for humanity, God the Father dispatched Jesus to "seek and save
the lost" (Luke 19:10).
#10
Even when we do not deserve something from someone who we have gone against,
God has loved us, is loving us, and will continue to love us as He has sent Jesus to save us. It
is like being adopted into His family when we accept Jesus.
Salvation cannot be earned through our actions; it is a gracious gift from God, a
manifestation of His love. In return, we are called to walk in the footsteps of Jesus Christ every
day. Embracing this gift leads to a transformation in our conduct as we align with God's divine
purpose for our lives.
#11
Spiritual growth, guided by the Holy Spirit, has no boundaries. Strengthening our bond
with Jesus Christ is an ongoing journey that impacts every aspect of our lives.
As Christians, we're called to reflect God's love and goodness, just as Jesus did. When
others see the positive qualities in us, they get a glimpse of God's character and how He can
transform lives. Our actions speak volumes about the gospel, showing God's goodness through
us.
#12
I thank God for He doesn't solely summon individuals to labor for the kingdom of Heaven
independently; rather, He summons the entire church community to collaborate. When church
members unite, they can significantly expand the spread of the gospel.
As the world approaches the Second Coming of Christ, the Church will remain faithful to
God's teachings amidst turmoil. While others drift away from God, those in the Church will stand
firm, shining as beacons of holiness amid worldly wickedness.
#13
As the few true believers in the last days, the Remnant have been entrusted with a
God-given mission, a message they must deliver to the entire world. Rather than hiding their
faith, they are commissioned to share the gospel and tell others about who God is and what
He’s done.
In my prayers, I ask the Lord to continuously lead and guide me as a parent in training
my children to be among the remnant who will each do their parts in the remnant’s mission,
telling others of who God is and helping them to be ready for the Second Coming.
#14
God intentionally created every human being and desires all to be part of His kingdom,
irrespective of differences in nationality, race, color, or culture. As Malachi 2:10 states, we all
have one Father who created us. Factors like gender, financial status, or education level should
not affect a person's worth or their ability to collaborate.
I am reminded to be understanding of others' perspectives, integrating empathy into my
interactions with others, and prioritizing others, setting aside personal ambitions. The eye
cannot say to the hand, “I have no need of you,” nor again the head to the feet, “I have no need
of you”… But God has so composed the body, giving greater honor to the part that lacked it, that
there may be no division in the body, but that the members may have the same care for one
another. If one member suffers, all suffer together; if one member is honored, all rejoice
together” (1 Corinthians 12:11-26 ESV).
#15
Baptism is essential to the gospel commission; Jesus instructed His disciples to baptize
new believers while spreading God's Word, making it a vital aspect of the Christian faith.
As we follow Jesus’ example of baptism by full body immersion as how He was baptised,
this serves as a visible declaration of a Christian's faith, mirroring Jesus' own commitment to His
Heavenly Father. Christians express their devotion to God by following the biblical tradition of
baptism.
#16
The Lord’s Supper, celebrated today as a communion service, is an opportunity for
believers to honor the gift of God in the sacrifice of Jesus Christ. In doing this, the apostle Paul
writes, “You proclaim the Lord’s death till He comes”.
Seventh-day Adventist Christians participate in the Lord's Supper, or communion, to
remember Jesus' sacrifice on the cross. It's a time for reflection and expressing gratitude as a
church community.

Each of us possesses a unique talent that we've discovered to be beneficial, coming in
various forms and sizes. God has bestowed these talents upon us, often urging us to utilize
them for the benefit of others, guided by the Holy Spirit.
When employed in serving others or spreading the gospel, these talents are termed
spiritual gifts. As we progress spiritually, the Holy Spirit may even empower us with new gifts or
unveil ones we hadn't recognized before.
#18
Prophecy is among the gifts granted by the Holy Spirit to humanity. Individuals endowed
with this gift receive special insight from the Holy Spirit to convey divine messages to others. It's
essential to value all spiritual gifts, including prophecy, acknowledging that anyone can be
utilized in this manner when moved by the Holy Spirit.
The spiritual gift of prophecy holds significant importance in serving God. 1 Corinthians
14:1-5 emphasizes its particular usefulness and honor, stating that "the person who prophesies
speaks to people for their strengthening, encouragement, and consolation," thereby guiding the
church.

Individuals, both now and throughout history, rely on a "moral compass" or "natural law"
to discern right from wrong. I am thankful for the ten commandments that resonate with morality.
Adhering to these commandments guides us towards righteousness.
I believe that In our connection with God, obeying the commandments becomes an act
of love and dedication to Him. Adhering to these commandments fosters our bond with God and
fosters harmonious relationships with others. The love of God is reflected in His laws.
#20
The Sabbath is mentioned once more in Exodus 20 when God inscribes the Ten
Commandments. He instructs us to honor this special day, dedicating it to holiness by resting
from our weekly labors and contemplating His deeds on our behalf.
Adventist Christians worldwide hold the Sabbath dearly. I personally view the Sabbath as
a blessing bestowed upon each one of us human beings, serving as a reminder of our
connection to a mighty Creator and a compassionate Savior.
#21
A good Christian steward is characterized by recognizing that God is the ultimate creator
and owner of all things. While entrusting us with blessings, God empowers us as caretakers or
managers. We are entrusted with time, opportunities, abilities, possessions, and the earth's
resources as part of our stewardship responsibilities.
I pray that my focus isn't on what I possess or the quantity of my belongings. But that I
may have a deeper understanding of stewardship principles that must encompass every aspect
of my life. Father God, may I be able to demonstrate recognition of Your generosity and
ownership through faithful service to You and my fellow human beings.
#22
Adventists hold that our conduct and speech serve as the most powerful testimony to the
love of Jesus Christ. When we acknowledge Jesus as our redeemer from sin, we forsake
self-centered actions typical of the world and adopt humble Christian behavior that honors Him
(Colossians 3:1-17).
Thankfully, the Bible offers enduring wisdom on which intentions, behaviors, and
attitudes are beneficial for ourselves, others, and our relationship with God. Jesus' actions
during His earthly ministry provide a practical model for living a godly life, aiding us in applying
this guidance effectively.
#23
SDA Christians adhere to God's biblical guidance for nurturing healthy relationships and
joyful households. Solid family bonds serve as the cornerstone for a vibrant church and a
tightly-knit community.Embracing God's blueprint for families allows us to encounter the
happiness and satisfaction they offer.
The Bible's depiction of unconditional love, as outlined in 1 Corinthians 13:4-8, can pave
the path for a resilient, enduring relationship and a thriving marriage. Visualizing the relationship
like a triangle, with God, my spouse, and myself at each point, emphasizes that as I draw nearer
to God, the closer our marriage will grow.
#24
I hold the belief that the rituals and practices outlined in the Old Testament serve as
symbolic representations of the work Christ undertakes for our salvation. The design and
organization of the earthly sanctuary mirror that of the heavenly sanctuary, as stated in Hebrews
8:1-5.
Praise God for after Jesus’ death and resurrection, He ascended to Heaven, promising
to "prepare a place" for us. The ancient tabernacle and its rituals illustrate how Jesus is actively
preparing us for our eternal dwelling place.
#25
The Second Coming is a source of hope, representing a tangible, individual encounter, a
visible event, and a global phenomenon. It marks the climax of the salvation plan.
Despite the chaos, unrest, sin, and global health challenges, hope remains. This world is
not as God intended, but Jesus' return will signal the end of its current state. His coming marks
the beginning of restoring it to its intended perfection. It is just right to place my hope solely in
Christ, His promises, and His imminent return.
#26
As mortal beings, we are aware that eventually, we will pass away. No one on this earth
is eternal. The Bible teaches that death is like a peaceful sleep, and the deceased are unaware
of anything. There's no need to fret about departed loved ones—they're resting peacefully in the
grave without pain or torment. They're simply awaiting Jesus' return.
If you've ever pondered what happens after death, it's comforting to know that God isn't
punitive. He's merciful and wouldn't subject his erring children to eternal torment. We also have
hope in the resurrection, anticipating the day when our departed loved ones who believed in
Christ will be raised to life again.
#27
The Bible mentions a thousand-year period called the millennium, during which God's
people will reside in heaven with Him, while Satan and his followers will be confined on earth.
Satan's punishment will be eternal, meaning it will be permanent. Once he is destroyed, nothing
can bring him back. With Satan's final demise, evil also perishes, releasing its grip on our world.
This marks the end of sin. With the defeat of Satan and his followers, the corruption on
earth will be completely eliminated. All evil will be eradicated, and the entire earth will be
purified.
#28
We sinned and spoiled everything God created. The New Earth is God's way of fixing
the mess caused by sin and restoring creation. We'll finally get to live in the world He originally
intended for us, free from the threat of sin ruining it again!
Just the thought of the reward of having a direct relationship with God forever in the New
Earth makes me want for Jesus to quickly come now. Living in paradise will just be an added
bonus! Paul tells us that the amazing things God has in store for us are beyond our imagination
(1 Corinthians 2:9).
