From Retail to Expert: Shifting the Mindset

To become a consistently profitable trader, shift your mindset from "What is happening?" to:

“Why is this candle forming?”

“Who is getting trapped here?”
“What are institutions trying to do?”
“Where is liquidity lying?”

Daily Routine to Build Expert-Level Thinking

Step 1: Pre-Market Preparation

• Mark previous day’s highs/lows (potential liquidity)

• Identify consolidation zones (possible manipulation areas)
• Set expectations:
• "Price may grab liquidity below X before moving to Y."

📊 Step 2: Intra-Day Mindset Practice

For every big move or candle: - Ask: - “Who got trapped?” - “What is the market structure telling me?” - “Was
this move designed to bait retail traders?” - Identify: - Fakeouts, wicks, and false breakouts - Order blocks
and imbalance zones

Step 3: End-of-Day Review

• What moves were liquidity traps?

• Did price grab stops before reversing?
• Where did you act emotionally?
• What can you do better tomorrow?
