Heritage parks aim is to expand the business and their objectives are to fill up all their business
and room spaces, increase the awareness of the existence of the hotel and to increase the wedding
trade as well as other special occasions. The achievement of these aims and objectives may be
supported by the online presence because tourists and companies on business trips may be looking
for a hotel in the area that specialises in various activities. Since the hotel has a wide range of
amenities they can cover the majority of their customers interests and for business meetings the hotel
has rooms especially designed for the purpose.
The online presence of the hotel means that the customers can actually see pictures of the hotel,
leisure centre, bedrooms, restaurant and business rooms giving the customer an idea from where
they are sat rather than having to visit the hotel first. Online booking is effective as it is a much
quicker way of bringing money into the business. Customer feedback and guest books will give new
customers a brief view on what previous customers have thought of the hotel and whether it is a
good hotel or not.
There may be problems that the management would encounter with an online presence which could
be the
· Cost
· Fraud
· Trust from customer
· Training
· Data loss

Disadvantages Of Conflict
Conflicts and arguments are part of our daily lives and we deal with them in our own ways.
Usually conflicts arise between two or more individuals, organizations or even nations and the scope
of every conflict is to find a solution to the disagreement that was created between the parties. Each
disagreement may have a different nature, even if it is personal, financial or political there must be a
solution.
The most common way to deal with conflict is to avoid it, some individuals leave the discussion,
and some get angry and upset, actually it may amaze you what people would do in order to avoid a
conflict. Denial is one of the most common issues when we talk about resolving a conflict. Through
denial people may postpone the conflict from one ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
There tension arises because of opposing forces that drive the person to make a decision rather than
another. This definition attempts to describe and define a type of conflict, the intrapersonal type of
conflict. This occurs typically due to how people are different from one another. We have varied
personalities which usually results to incompatible choices and opinions. Apparently, it is a natural
occurrence which can eventually help in personal growth or developing your relationships with
others. In addition, coming up with adjustments is necessary for managing this type of conflict.
However, when interpersonal conflict gets too destructive, calling in a mediator would help so as to

Thomas Robert Malthus Essay
Thomas Robert Malthus
Thomas Robert Malthus is one of the most controversial figures in the history of economics. He
achieved fame chiefly from the population doctrine that is now closely linked with his name.
Contrary to the late eighteenth century views that it was possible to improve people s living standards
, Malthus held that any such improvements would cause the population to grow and thereby reverse
these gains. Malthus also sparked controversy with his contemporaries on issues of methodology (by
arguing that economics should be an empirical rather than a deductive science), over questions of
theory (by holding that economies can experience prolonged bouts of high unemployment), and on
policy issues (by arguing against free ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
In addition to the controversies surrounding his principle of population, Malthus became embroiled
in important debates with Ricardo over British Poor Laws and Corn Laws, the benefits of free trade,
and the possibility of gluts or insufficient demand for goods.
In mid eighteenth century England the industrial revolution was in full swing. However, workers
lived near the level of physical subsistence, and their condition worsened in latter half of the
eighteenth century. Monotony and repetition characterized factory work; the tyranny of the
factory clock and the pace of the assembly line were beyond the control of all workers. The
division of labor, praised by Adam Smith in The Wealth of Nations as the means to productivity
growth and rising living standards, made work so routine that women and children could perform
jobs just as easily as men. Business owners logically preferred such workers because they could be
hired for less.
These circumstances gave rise to numerous champions of the working class. Among the best
known were the Marquis de Condorcet, Robert Owen and William Godwin. Condorcet (1795)
argued that greater economic equality and more security for workers would improve their material
well being. Toward this end he advocated two reforms a welfare system to provide security for the
working poor, and government regulation of credit to keep down interest rates so that needy
families could borrow money at lower cost. Owen attempted to develop

Women From the Old Testament
The Old Testament shows many examples of the roles of women throughout the course of time.
Throughout the Old Testament women rights and roles have changed dramatically from the time of
Eve when she appeared to of had her rights stolen, to the time Ruth used her rights to marry a kin
after being a widow, and the time of Bathsheba when she was instructed to do so instead of being
asked. Their rights throughout the Old Testament have not been set at a constant in fact their rights
through the Old Testament vary depending on what your status was. Comparing the roles of Eve,
Ruth, and Bathsheba is considerably difficult because they are extremely different ... Show more

During the story Eve was persuaded by a serpent to eat the fruit for the tree in which God told
them not to eat from. Eve then persuaded Adam to do the same deed. When they told God their
sins, God was mad that Eve spoke of the behalf of the both of them (Genesis 3:17). They were
both ordered to leave the garden, but the punishments He gave Eve put her on a lower pedestal
than her husband. By increasing pregnancy pains bringing forth children and her desires will be
to please her husband by allowing him to rule over her said that God did not condone men and
women as equals (Genesis 3:16). God said Eve was to be a helper which by definition means
sustainer, supervisor, or babysitter; not a slave for men (Createspace, 2014).
David spotted Bathsheba while on his roof and ordered his men to go and find her and bring her
to him. Bathsheba was married at the time to one of David s friends, Uriah. David assigned Uriah
to the front line of combat, which was where the men were most likely to die during war. Uriah is
pronounced dead, Bathsheba mourned over the death. After Bathsheba s time for mourning David
invited her over and asked to marry her. They married and soon after she declared that she was
pregnant with his child. She named their son Solomon (Createspace, 2014). During this story,
Bathsheba was ordered or instructed to do so. She never really had a say. However in 1 Kings 1:1
Bathsheba is the opposite of a victim. She was said to
Harvey Weinstein s Abuse In Hollywood
Abuse at the hands of powerful individuals is common in Hollywood, with cases of harassment
and assault going back decades. Hollywood is scrambling to establish standards to tackle the
misconduct that has been brought to the table by allegations against multiple powerful producers.
Of these leaders who have abused their power, the most recent event to spark national conversation
was the Harvey Weinstein scandal. For more than twenty years, he has been trailed by rumors of
sexual harassment and assault. His behavior has been known to many in Hollywood and beyond,
but previous attempts to expose him have fallen short of the demands of journalistic evidence. Too
few people were willing to speak or even allow reporters to use their names. Weinsteins... Show

He grew up in a stable home and learned to love the film industry through Sunday afternoons at
the theater with his family. After graduating college, he purchased a theater in downtown Buffalo,
where he began airing concert films. Six years later, he became the co founder, with his younger
brother Bob Weinstein, of production and distribution companies Miramax and the Weinsteins
company. Within a decade, the studios had major success and Harvey served as the outspoken
face of the companies. His companies helped reinvent the movies The King s Speech ,
Shakespeare in Love , and many more. His movies have earned over 300 oscar nominations and
took home an Oscar win multiple times. At annual awards, Weinstein has been thanked more than
almost anyone else in movie history. He has fashioned himself as a champion of progressive
causes. He is a prolific fundraiser for Democratic Party candidates such as Barack Obama and
Hillary Clinton. He has held multiple fundraisers and special events regarding both candidates
mentioned. Additionally, he was a faculty chair backer at Rutgers University for feminist icon,
Gloria Steinem. People did what he said and if they didn t, he had the money to make things
happen. Weinstein was a well respected man at the top of the Hollywood food chain and used it to his
Cyrus The Great Research Paper
Cyrus the Great who was also called Cyrus the Elder of the Greeks was not a traditional tyrant. As
an oppressor, he developed the Achaemenian empire and was known as the father of his people .
Cyrus saw himself as a savior of people rather than a conquer. Born in Persia around 590 and 580
BCE Cyrus was a quintessential ruler who came from a family of leaders. Cyrus s parents were the
daughter of Astyages , the king of Medes, and Cambyses, a prince. Herodotus, a Greek historian, told
an epic that Astyages dreamt that Cyrus, his grandson, would dethrone him. Astyages wanted Cyrus
dead so he instructed his counselor and general to kill him. However, the general couldn t follow
through and gave the newborn to a shepherd. The shepherd didn t kill Cyrus... Show more content on

Once receiving the kingdom of Medes upon inheritance, Cyrus was able to accomplish numerous
things that allowed him to become a historic tyrant. In 550 BC Cyrus took control of the Median
Empire and allowed Astyages to live and married Amytis, Astyages daughter after he was victorious.
Cyrus the Great had a great impact on the geopolitical landscape in the 5th century BCE by
conquering the Lydian kingdom in 546 BC and the Neo Babylonian Empire in 539 BC and
capturing the foremost city of the ancient world at the time. By 554 BC Cyrus the Great had
suppressed all his rivals and was accepted as the leader of Persia. Cyrus also let the Jews go back
to Jerusalem, after being prisoners in Babylonia. No one had ever done what Cyrus did, freeing the
Jews from enslavement in Babylon, and no one has ever done anything like this Cyrus since. Cyrus
constructed the largest empire in the history of this time, and he grew an army of 10,000 elite troops
called the Immortals who helped during the expansion of the Persian Empire. While creating the
largest empire Cyrus constructed the Persians empire first capital,
C Average For Student Athletes
Primarily, a C average should not be required for student athletes to play sports on a school team
because it discourages many students. A student may be born to be an athlete, but can be struggling
to keep up academically in school. If a student is rejected from playing the sport they love because
of their other struggles, this will discourage them. This can hurt a student. For example, a student
may reject a challenging, but interesting class in fear of getting a bad grade. **Opponents of this
argument may say that forcing students to have a C average will encourage them to do well in school
.** In reality, a student will be dejected enough to drop out of school. In other words, some students
may give up completely, rather than trying
Morocco Research Paper
Introduction Morocco is a country I have always wanted to visit at least once in my lifetime. The
country has sparked my interest because of its multicultural background, as it includes languages and
cultures from countries across the Mediterranean Sea, such as France and Spain, and from various
bordering countries in northern Africa. I would love to learn how speak French, Spanish, and
Arabic, especially in the native tongue, as well as learn the history of the country by visiting the
fortressed cities built on mountains and long beaches. I believe that architecture of a country is said
to be one of the greatest forms of preserving culture and tradition. At the foot of the Atlas Mountains,
I plan to visit and explore the city of Marrakech... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Tourism is a very significant factor to Morocco s economy, as foreign direct investments total over
30 billion Euros in the past ten years. In fact, in 2009, Morocco was the only Mediterranean
country to have increased more than 6% while the world market decreased by 5% (Invest in
Morocco). Now, tourism in Morocco serves as 20% of the county s GDP and has over 10 million
visitors. The government sponsors enormous marketing campaigns to advertise Morocco as a
cheap and exotic, yet safe, place for European tourists. Hotels, transportation, and tourist
attractions all hold relatively low prices. Cheap air services have been established between
Algeria and Morocco and excellent road and rail infrastructures link the major cities within the
country itself to provide an easier route for all citizens and travelers. As for superstructure, King
Mohammed VI has developed a large scale project to internationalize Morocco. The project is
known as Plan Azur. According to the government of the Kingdom of Morocco, the plan has a
view to create a series of quality hotels, in respect to the principles of sustainable development.
Specifically, it is designed to initialize the development of six world class resorts: Saida in the
province of Berkane, Lixus in Larache Province, Mogador in the Essaouira province, Taghazout in
the province of Agadir, and White Beach in the province of Guelmim (Ministry of Tourism of
Morocco). The plan is also designed to increase the development of new train and road links for
tourists to travel among the many cities of Morocco, while making it easy to also reach Spain,
France, and neighboring African countries, because most tourists come from the European countries.
In fact, a growing number of Europeans are actually buying real estate in Morocco, now, due to the
new plan and the higher sustainability projects. Unfortunately, tourism in Morocco has led to the
undermining of Moroccan
