Introduction
We are very thankful for the God of our father Archbishop E.H Guti who continues to show his
faithfulness in Shurugwi Million Province.We give God all the glory and honor for such privilege
to host the Zonal Youth Conference. It was a power packing one and we saw the hand of God of
Ezekiel at work from the preparations to the holding of our conference.
Events
We have successfully managed to Launch our 2024 Zonal Youth Conference on the of at our
Local Mother Church,Makusha. Our speakers were Elders and Gogwe .
Thursday night
Our speaker for Thursday evening was Elder Witness Zana. He was mightily used as he delivered
a powerful message to the youth titled , The blessings that comes through suffering. He took his
reading from the book of Job 1 vrs 8. He narrated the story of Job on how he suffered . Our
speaker stated that one may face trials and tribulations but we have to keep on trusting God for he
will never forsake us. The attendance was 30 boys and 26 girls.
Friday morning
Our first speaker was Pastor E Kataya. He was teaching about Salvation. His scripture reference
was from the books of Acts 2:46, Gen 1:26, Gen 3 :8, John 3:7, Rom8:23, Phil4:12 , Heb 12 :1-2,
Rom 10:9-10 respectively. He also read the book wrote by our father Archbishop E H Guti. He
said that salvation is the first step of deliverance from that which can harm by a third hand that is
more powerful. We can not give ourselves salvation,it has to come from a superior and powerful
hand. Everyone must be born again.We are saved by receiving Jesus Christ as our Lord and
saviour.
Our second speaker was Pastor V Kataya. She was teaching about Prayer. She took her preaching
from the book wrote by our father Archbishop E H Guti,Two ways of knowing God , two ways of
righteousness,what is yours pg 15. She said that some know God through theology, that is
studying about God where as others know him through personal experience with him. Therefore
sometimes we don't create a relationship with God because we are only sending our prayers to
Him and not listening. If you know God , it makes you humble . We must desire to see God doing
miracles and wonders in our lives.
Friday Afternoon session
Our second speaker was Elder W Zana. His theme was personal development. He said that you
can not develop yourself if you don't have a vision or a goal. He took his reading from the books
of Phil 3:12-14,Rom 12:2, Phil 4:13 and 2 Peter 3:18. Elder Zana said that we must strive to get a
hold of that which God has in store for . When you want to develop yourself there are things that
you need to break around you, as youth if you play around with sin you will not break the curses.
Start a business,do something with your own hands for in this church we are taught to work
talents. We should also be hungry for the things of God.
Sunday service
Our first speaker was Elder W Zana. He was teaching about Soul winning. His scripture reference
was from the book wrote by our father Archbishop E H Guti Guidance, rules and policy pg 6 ,A
disciplined and a teachable spirit page 10, Sunday morning bible lectures pg13 Matthew
28 :19 ,Phil 4:9 and 2 Cor 5:20. He said that we are in a church that grows and moves from one
level to another therefore we have to buy the books our father wrote and read them so that we get
equipped through the books. W must also bring more souls to the Kingdom of God.Through Phil 4
vrs 9 we must do what we saw , heard and learnt from our father. The way you live must preach
Jesus. Live a constant christian life . Attendance 163
Our second speaker was Pastor E Kataya. His title was the importance of church doctrine. He said
that doctrine means teachings. Following a doctrine means knowing the doctrine. We must follow
that which we learnt from our father as boys and girls. He also read the book of our father,
Crucified life. He said that the Lord calls many differently and they serve or functions differently.
It is not everything that works in other churches that works in this church. In Zaoga FIF we follow
the pattern and doctrine of our church. Our Pastor also read the books of Matt 10:40-41, John 3:5
and Phil 4 :9. Attendance 163
