Dear Akash,

We are pleased to confirm the outcome of our discussion during which it was agreed to
appoint you as Sales Relationship Manager: Banking at Paisso Technology Private Limited.

Employer: You will be employed by Paisso Technology Private Limited for the purpose of this
agreement having its office at Chandigarh and hereinafter referred to as the “Company”.

Location: You will initially be posted at Mohali

Compensation: As Annexure attached.

Probation Period: 90 Days.

Tax: You are yourself liable to pay all personal income taxes levied on income derived from employment
with the Company. Although, the Company will make every effort to deduct tax at source on all payment
made by it to you, the final responsibility for correct and timely payment of tax to the Government rests
with you.

Annual Leave: You are entitled to annual leave of 18 working days in each calendar year (Jan to Dec) and
pro-rata in a part of the year. The leaves can be availed @ 1.5 leaves/month. You are eligible to take
more than 1.5 leaves/month only in case you have accrued balance leaves. Any additional leaves taken
will be marked as non-paid leaves for that month.

Holidays: You will be entitled to holidays observed at the Office at which you are located.

Working Hours: Your working hours will be as prescribed in the Office where you are serving.

Confidentiality: You are bound to observe absolute secrecy, both during the term of this contact of
employment and after its termination, with regard to all that which may come to your attention during
your term of employment with the Company about the business of the organization, its subsidiaries,
affiliated, associated and related companies, insofar as this is not in contravention of any statutory
regulation or court order. All letters, documents, files, etc. related to the activities of the organization
are the property of the Company and at the time of termination of your service with the Company any
such letters, documents, files, etc. must be returned to the Company

The employee during the employment period with Paisso Technology Private Limited will not interact or
work for or approach directly or indirectly, any of the existing clients of the Paisso Technology Private
Limited and/or any other organization.
Termination: The contract of employment between you and the Company may be terminated by you by
giving a minimum notice period of one month. You are not entitled to any leaves during the notice
period. If the above notice period is not served, no outstanding compensation will be paid and you will
not be eligible for any work experience related certificates. Also, all pending compensation will be paid
only at the time of full and final settlement. The company may decide to relieve you at any time during
this 1 month notice period.

The contract of employment between you and the Company can also be terminated by the company at
any time without giving any prior notice, on the grounds of non-performance / integrity. In case of your
absconding from job, the same would be considered as termination from the services without notice
and you will not be eligible for any outstanding compensation at that time or experience letter or other
important documents.

T&C: As per the company’s policy effective 1st September 2018, total salary for the first 15 days will be
held back as a deposit with the company and will be paid at the time of your final relieving from the
company (subject to your serving a proper 30 day notice period)

You will also be brought under the purview of any statutory / Government regulations related to
employment as and when imposed on the Company.

Other Terms and Conditions are attached with this offer letter.

Your signing this appointment letter confirms your acceptance of all the terms and conditions, and that
you would be joining us on March 3, 2022.
