OF MABALACAT CITY, PAMPANGA.

THE SANGGUNIANG PANLALAWIGAN OF THE PROVINCE OF PAMPANGA, in regular session assembled:
RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved by the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, that Ordinance No. 53, series of
2024 of the Sangguniang Panlungsod of Mabalacat City, Pampanga, entitled: "An Ordinance amending
Section 5, Article III Board of Trustees and Section 18, Article VI, College Officials and authorizing the
insertion of Special Provision under Section 18 of City Ordinance No. 60, series of 2016, entitled: "The
New Charter of Mabalacat City College" be, as it is hereby Approved; Provided, however, that said
Ordinance is in accordance with the provision of the Local Government Code of 1991 and other
applicable laws, rules and regulations.
