TOOLSBAR:
The toolbar is a set of icons displayed within the form's window,
typically at the top, offering one-click access to frequently used operations. These
icons are context-sensitive, meaning they are enabled or disabled based on the
current state of the form and the user's actions.

➡️ It is a New option where new form or record


can be opened by clicking it.

➡️ It is Find option , Any record or query is already saved


and if need to re- query the info we can use it.

➡️ It is navigator option ,Using navigator option we can go


back to previous screen.

➡️ It is save option, If any data is entered this option is used to


save the data.

➡️ It is switch responsibility option, It can be used in
navigator page to switch the responsibilities that assigned to the user.

➡️ It is close form option. It can be used to close the existing


form.

➡️ It is Cut, Copy, Paste option. It can used to do


changes in the data.

➡️ It is clear form and Delete option, Clear form is used


to clear the details that have entered in form. Delete is option to delete
the data. It may sometimes doesn’t work.

➡️ It is Edit field option. It can be used to edit the data


entered in the form.

Shortcut keys and functions:


1. F11 ➡️It is used to query new record.
2. Ctrl+F11➡️It is used to pass the query.
3. F4 ➡️It is used to close the form.
4. Ctrl+⬇️➡️It is used to create a new record.
5. Alt+F+W ➡️It is used to switch responsibilities
[ underlined letter can be used as command]

6. Shift+F5 ➡️It is used to retrieve previous value.
