Subject :- Legal Notice for Recovery of Rs 65,800/- (Rupees Sixty Five
Thousand Eight Hundred Only) with 18% interest only.
Dear Sir
I, under the instructions and on behalf of my client Mr. Pranav Patel, Resident of
J-1397, Block-J, Jahangir Puri, Near Sabji Mandi, Model Town, Delhi-110033
do hereby serve upon you, the following legal notice :-
1. That you the Addressee No. 1 is the Federation/Company and is involved
in skill development programme and having its office at the above
mentioned address and working through its director Mr. Anil Sharma i.e
Addressee No. 2 And Mrs Priyanka Bhardwaj i.e Addressee No.3 and are
actively involved in participating and managing the day to day affairs of
the federation.
2. That my client Mr. Pranav Patel resident of the above mentioned address
was employed under your federation through the job offer letter with date
of joining from 10/10/2022.
3. That you the addressees engaged my client and given him the employment
as Area Associate Officer from the respective job offer w.e.f from 10th
October 2022 as joining date, but you officially started the job from 27th
October 2022 and at the time of joining, you offered a salary of Rs 28,000/-
(Rupees Twenty Eight Thousand Only).
4. That you the addressees just paid my client the salary for the month of
November 2022 and only paid Rs 7,000/- (Rupees Seven Thousand
Only) as the salary for Month of December 2022, out of Rs 28,000/- (Rs
Twenty Eight Thousand Only). which was mentioned by you in the job
offer letter and haven’t paid anything to my client as the salary for the
month of January 2023, and salary of 1st February 2023 to 20th February
2023.
5. That my client worked in your federation from 27th October 2022 to 20th
February 2023 and submitted resignation on 20th February though e-mail
which was also accepted by you the addressees through e-mail.
6. That my client has performed his work in full dedication and even
continued to do his work when you didn’t pay the full salary for the month
of December 2022 and continued to do his work despite not getting the
salary for month of January 2023.
7. That after making repeated requests for the payment of pending salary for
month of December 2022 and January 2023 even after my client was doing
all the work with honesty and passion and finally my client gave his
resignation on 20th february 2023 after seeing your conduct for not paying
the salary on time and also not clearing his outstanding salary as mentioned
above, my client had no choice except to resign in view of the submissions
made above as your company was taking the work from my client without
paying his balance salary and current salary.
8. That currently the following amount has been outstanding against your
federation/company due to my client.
a. Pending Salary for the month of December 2022 :– Rs 21,000/-
b. Pending Salary for the month of January 2023 :- Rs 28,000/-
c. Pending Salary for the month of February 2023:-
(Salary for 1st feb to 20th feb 2023):- Rs 16,800/-

9. That currently an outstanding of Rs 65,800- (Rupees Sixty Five Thousand
Eight Hundred only) has been pending towards you the addressees.
10. That my client instructs me that you the addresses have non co-operative
and have always lingered on the issue of payment to my client and has
taken undue advantage of my client’s services.
11. That my client has also approached to your office on many times through
numerous mediums but you didn’t pay any heed on the calls and messages
of my client. My client had waited patiently despite chasing you, the
mentioned addressees despite months, still have not the payment, resulting
which my client are anyway in a process to initiate proper legal actions
against you, the addressees as warranted to my client under law.
12. Further it is apparent that you, the addressees were having mala-fide
intentions while availing the services from my client and did not have the
intention to honor the terms and conditions discussed at the time of joining
of service by my client.
It is therefore by the virtue of this notice, you are called upon to make the payment
of Rs 65,800/- (Rupees Sixty Five Thousand Eight Hundred only) as the pending
salary of my client, within 7 days of receiving of this legal notice and my client
also give me instructions to me for taking the civil and criminal actions under the
law entirely at your own risks and costs.
You are also entitled to pay the Rs 11,000/- as a cost of this legal notice. A copy
of the same has been kept in my office which you kindly take note.
