Beneficial-> less stress + anxiety-> children being in discipline-> example: today
learn -> tomorrow test-> better acdemic performance
From school perspective, -> better mangement-> with better performance -> school ->

1. Did you do puzzles when you were a child? Brain-teaser = regale- Looking
back, into, used to spend hours piecing them together + completely lost in
thought- x not only a way to kill time, also challenged my brain – helped
me sharpen my prblem-solving skills.
Doing puzzles really laid my groundwork for logical thinking later on->
dabbled in crosswords and Sudoku – once I got a bit older-> wasn’t easy -
> but I love the feeling when -> everything finally clicked into place -> like
cracking a tough nut.
Although x do it them as often not, they were defin part of my childhood
routin -> helped me stay mentally active during upbringing
2. Do you like word puzzles or number puzzles more? Which is more difficult for
you?
Wordplay/ figure out= solve/ Personally, have a soft spot for= prefer->
mainly because I’ve always been passinate about languages-> playing
around with vocabulary, spotting patterns and figuring out clues -> get my
brain going-> find them both and educational -> great way to expand
vocab -> without even realizin I’m learning
That being said -> number puzzle are whole different ball game for me->
Honestly, they don’t come naturally to me. What I find irratiting is ->
always getting stuck halfway through + having to backtrack. Math -> has
never my strong suit= strenth-> number : more challening for me-> both
types have own charm-> put my mind to the test in different ways.
3. When do you usually do puzzles- during a trip or when you’re bored?
To be honest, -> turn to puzzle whenever I feel bored / need mental break -
> a great way to take my mind off things without having rely on social
media. TV-> Whenever I have downtime, between task / while waiting for
something-> pull out a quick word game/ do sudoku on phone-> just to
pass the time productively.
Puzzles also come in handy –in the trip-> especi long flights / train rides->
keep my engaged and make travelling time feel shorter.
4. Do you it’s good for elderly people to do puzzle?

I’d lying if I had I wasn’t at least drawn to fashion/ stoic/ stay in the loop/
presentable/ stand out from the crowd/ expression/ speak for/ put-together/ as a
whole/ speak volumes about
Are women more fashionable than men? Why?

Genetics core-> Women are more hardwired to pay attention to fashion than->
just because- at the end of the day

Slip my mind/ lost track of time/ make it a points/ without fail/ the next thing I
knew = all of the sudden/ … as a word (adjective) doesn’t cut it: không đủ sức

Emotionally forgeted/ go in one ear and out the other: quickly forget
