PROJECT PAGE No.
MODULE
VERSION
This is the format of DOCUMENTATION REPORT pages to be maintained by each individual
member student of a project team in his / her own PERSONAL PROJECT TUCK-IN file.
Every student will be required to document his / her weekly progress in such format pages
and add it to his / her own PERSONAL PROJECT TUCK-IN file.
The PAGE No. of every page must be in accordance to the page number sequence of the
final project report.
Example: Page numbers maintained by 4 students in a team may be as follows:
o STUDENT 1 – 1, 2, 4, 9
o STUDENT 2 – 3, 7, 8
o STUDENT 3 – 5, 6, 11, 15
o STUDENT 4 – 10, 12, 13, 14 and so on.
The pages from all team members will be finally assembled into a single PRE-REPORT in
SPIRAL BINDING.
The PRE-REPORT must be thoroughly checked and signed by PROJECT MENTOR, and cross
verified by PROJECT LAB COORDINATOR also.
Only after approval of this PRE-REPORT by LAB COORDINATOR, final report will be
approved for printout and HARD-BINDING.
The purpose of this REPORT FORMAT and PRE-REPORT are:
1. Avoid any kind of mistakes in FINAL PROJECT REPORT
2. Motivate all team member students to individually perform and document their
work
3. Motivate TEAM-WORK by synchronizing their individual documentation into a
common PRE-REPORT
4. Promote development of PROJECT REPORT throughout the semester without putting
documentation to the responsibility of a single team member.
Due to these points, students are advised to develop their documentation in printout
format, to easily incorporate the theory into FINAL PROJECT REPORT at the end time
without RE-WRITING it.
