II. RATIONALE
Pursuant to Commonwealth Act No. Ill as amended by the Republic Act No. 7278, the Boy
Scouts of the Philippines (BSP) will celebrate its 88th Charter Anniversary and 2024 National
Scouting Month in October with the theme: "BSP Elevate @ 88: Futureproofing Scouting for the
Next Century and Beyond".
Investiture marks a crucial period for new Boy Scouts to internalize the Scout Oath and Laws
, strengthening their dedication to their country and comrades. It's a pivotal moment where they begi
n their journey toward independence, exploring the world, and shaping their own identities.
The school and organizer strongly wish to hold this event so scouts can tackle challenging
activities, understand their future responsibilities as members and leaders within the school,
community, and nation, and gain essential knowledge and skills for daily life.
III. PROJECT OBJECTIVES
1. Conduct Investiture for newly registered BSP members of Emilio V. Quizon National High School.
2. Enable students to truly enjoy and appreciate outdoor activities through progressive camping experiences.
3. Foster resourcefulness, initiative, and self-reliance, while enhancing their physical and mental well-being.
4. Offer fresh, exciting experiences that present opportunities for acquiring new skills.
5. Support scouts in becoming well-adjusted, accepted members of their group.

V. EXPECTED OUTPUT AND EFFECTS AND ITS OUTCOMES
At the end of the training, Boy Scouts will be able to commit themselves to serve other people and their country. They
will become more appreciative of outdoor experiences and become more responsible with their actions and decisions. They
will also be equipped with necessary knowledge and skills that they can use in their everyday living.
