All Inclusive Conditions 2012

Guests booked on the all-inclusive plan will receive a wristband granting them access to food and drinks as outlined in the program. The wristband is personal and non-transferable, and only allows one item to be taken at a time. Alcohol will not be served to minors, and consumption is restricted to designated areas. ALL INCLUSIVE CONDITIONS

On arrival at the hotel the clients booked on ALL INCLUSIVE will be identified with a wristband. This band will give the right to the clients to enjoy the services and products included in the place and times detailed in the all inclusive programme. This information can be find in the lists (menus) exposed in the restaurant, bar and snack- bar. RESTAURANT: (according to time table exposed) Full board (breakfast, lunch and dinner) House wine (white, ros or red) and wine sangra Soft drinks National draft beer and mineral water All these drinks are served at lunch and dinner only. BAR: (times: 10.30 to 23.00) See bar list All inclusive Wine sangra, soft drinks, mineral waters. Coffee, tea and infusions National draft beer National alcoholic drinks (Gin, Vodka, Whisky and Brandy) National Vermuth (Aperitif) National combine drinks Ice lollies, cream tub ice-cream (vanilla, chocolate, strawberry) SNACK AND REFRESHMENT: See time-table and bar list All inclusive.

SPORT CENTER and ACTIVITIES: According to time table and disponibility Use of exterior swimming-pool, indoor pool, Jacuzzi where applicable Use of multiuse court Use of the petanca court Day activity and night entertainment HYGIENE and HEALTH REGULATIONS : Food and drinks can only be consumed in the areas where they have been served and cannot be taken to other areas (ex: from restaurant to bar, bar to pool, etc. ) GENERAL RULES: The All Inclusive can only be taken for a minimum of 5 nights, and has to be for all the members of the booking and until the departure day. The wristband of All inclusive is personal and non- transferable. Only one drink or one snack can be taken at the same time and they are not accumulative. The management of the hotel reserves the right to cancel all the facilities of the All inclusive in case of incorrect use of the wristband such as invite to drinks and food persons which are not on the All inclusive programme, or in case of waste of food and drinks. It is compulsory to show the wristband when asking for a service. Alcoholic drinks will not be served to persons under the age of 18. FACILITIES AND SERVICES NOT INCLUDED Food and drinks not listed in the All inclusive list programme and outside the established time-table. Sport material, tennis, bikes, mini-golf and billiard. Vending machines, news papers, post cards and items from shop or mini-market. Safe, mini-bar, telephone, room service, and garage. Slot machines, internet. Spa, massage, hair- dresser or similar.
