Training Policy
● By accepting this offer, you confirm your readiness to fulfill the assigned duties with
professionalism and adherence to company standards.
● Acceptance of this offer indicates your commitment to work a 9-hour shift from 11 am
to 8 pm (including breaks), with one weekly day off (on a weekday).
● During the training period, you will be eligible for benefits available to trainees.
● Should you choose to discontinue the training program for personal reasons, please
follow the company's resignation procedures, which require a 1-month notice period.
If unable to serve the notice, you will need to compensate for 1 month’s stipend, and
you will be released from your responsibilities.
● All personal and work-related information shared with Launched will be kept
confidential. You are expected to refrain from using or sharing this information for
personal purposes or with third parties.
● Upon termination or conclusion of your employment, all company property, including
documents and electronically stored data, must be returned immediately.
● You must comply with Launched policies and practices, contributing to the mutual
development of both you and the company.
● Successful completion of the training period may lead to attractive pre-placement
offers from Launched.
● The stipend cycle will begin alongside your OJT period.

As part of your onboarding process, please bring the following documents with you on your

● A colored copy of the Offer Letter.
● SSLC (X Std) Marks Card & 12th Marks Card.
● Degree/Diploma/Highest qualification certificate along with marks card (if applicable).
● Two passport-sized photographs.
● Scanned copies of PAN Card, Voter ID, and Driving License.
● Bank account details: Bank Name, Your Name as per Bank records, Account
Number, and IFSC Code.
Please ensure to bring the original documents for verification, such as education
certificates/mark sheets (10th or 12th) or a government-issued ID (PAN Card/Driving
License).
