1. Payment shall be made via cheque/DD in Favour of "BMAI Realtech LLP "
2. Prices are subject to change at the Sole discretion of the company without any prior notice.
3. GST, Stamp Duty, Registry Expenses, any other legal charges levied by Govt. shall be
payable by the allottee/applicant as per norms.
4. Payment plan can be changed without any prior notice at the sole discretion of the company.
5. Price/payment plan rulling on the date of booking shall be applicable.
6. All building Plans, Layouts specifications are only indicative & subject to change and can be
modify as decided by the company or architect or any competent authority.
7. The Terms and conditions stated herein are only indicative and are subject to change
detailed terms and conditions will be provided in the builder Buyer agreement.
