Gut bacteria are essential for digestion and can be deficient due to medications, high stress, and lack of sleep. Low gut bacteria levels can lead to various health issues, including digestion problems and autoimmune disorders. To improve gut health, consuming yogurt, particularly sugar-free options, and other fermented foods like kimchi and miso is recommended.

Yogurts and their

Probiotics/Gut
bacteria.
In our day-to-day life, we eat, drink, have fun and of
course, study. But have you ever wondered what would
happen to you if you didn't get enough gut bacteria?
*Read Further down to review the reasons, effects, and
sugar-free alternatives. *

Why do we need Gut Bacteria?

Gut bacteria are important and responsible for digesting things your
body can't. People who take medications and antibiotics all year
throughout tend to have really low gut bacteria levels.

Reasons For Gut bacteria

deficiency.
As I said before, people who use medications all year tend to have low
gut bacteria levels. People who suffer from high-stress levels also tend
to have low gut bacteria levels. Not sleeping enough is another reason.

Side effects.
In most cases, because gut bacteria help’s digest food your own body
can't, you might get stomach problems. These include:
Digestion issues such as: Heart Burn, Constipation, diarrhea, etc.
Type 1 diabetes.
Autoimmune Problems, such as thyroid issues, and as previously
mentioned, type 1 diabetes.

Now of course, you might be convinced to go eat some

yogurt to prevent gut bacteria deficiency. Although there
are thousands of yogurt flavors, which you might think
are healthy, but they aren't, you should consider looking
for sugar-free yogurt or try using non-flavored yogurt if
you don't have an issue with that. Down here is a list of
foods that have gut bacteria if you do not want to eat
yogurt.

FOOD:
-almost anything that is fermented such as kimchi, sourdough *has
fermented sourdough starter* Kombucha.
