We are gathering today to celebrate the long celebration of ST. JOSEPH’S
WEEK with the Theme: St. Joseph; the Husband of Mary Protector of Children
and Families and for the highlight event of this afternoon the “POEM MAKING
CONTEST”.
As we start, I would like to invite our honorable judges to take their seats
(optional)
I. PRAYER & NATIONAL ANTHEM
To begin this important event, may I invite Sean Junel Jade Garcia,
Grade 6 pupil, for the opening prayer. Everyone, please let us all stand.
II. WORDS OF WELCOME
And now, please stay excited and be inspired as we listen to the
opening message. To formally welcome us, may I now request our
dedicated Pupil Supreme Government President Jan Jibreel N. Cutillas,
to give us his words of welcome.

III. READING OF GUIDELINES AND CRITERIA/INTRODUCTION OF THE
BOARD OF JUDGES
At this juncture, talent and skills are the crops that are nurtured,
groomed and given all possible opportunities to develop and emerge
effortlessly. Now, before we proceed to our contest proper. May I call
on, Teacher Mercedes R. Bongcawil, Grade 6 Adviser for the reading of
guidelines and criteria. To be followed by Teacher Richillove A Floria,
Grade 4 adviser for the introduction of the board of judges. Please, give
them a round of applause.

IV. CONTEST PROPER (GRADE 1-6)
Are you excited everyone? Now, we will witness our talented pupils
from Grades 1-6. Please, give them a round of applause.
I would like to invite our first contestant from Grade 5 pupil, Yiv S.

Grade 3 pupil, Pau Derrick N. Abrogar. Give him a round of applause

V. INSPIRATIONAL MESSAGE
At this moment, Saint Joseph’s Learning Center is grateful and blessed
for the presence of our lovely, dynamic, and active Principal/President
Dr. Pacita I. Soringa. Let us listen to her message with a big round of
applause.

VI. GIVING OF MERIT CERTIFICATES
And so, we’ve come to the most awaited part of this event, the giving
of certificates of recognition and appreciation to our judges. May I
request the board of judges to come over and advisers/parents of each
grade level to accompany your pupil on stage to receive their
certificate. Also, may I call on, Teacher Mercedes to announce the
winners.
VII. CLOSING REMARKS
As we’ve come to close this event, let’s give the stage to our VERB
CLUB PRESIDENT Kylie Claire N. Gana for her closing remarks. Let’s
