Invitation for BID


For Virtual Private Servers
(WEB HOSTING SERVICES)
Sealed bids are invited through CDAs PPRA websites and also published in national
dailies for acquiring the services of Virtual Private Servers for hosting its official Website and
other Web-based applications from reputed IT-related firms who are registered with Income
Tax and Sales Tax Department. Reputed firms can purchase bid documents from the
office of the undersigned during office hours by submitting a written request on their
letterhead, along with a Pay Order or Bank Draft amounting to Rs. 2000/- (Non-Refundable)
in favor of Capital Development Authority, Islamabad. Bids should be received on or
before January 5th, 2024 till 10:00 hrs and same will be opened by the Purchase
Committee on the same day at 11:00 hrs in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
Pre-bid meeting shall be held on 3 r d January, 2024 at 1030 hrs in Room of Director (IT),
IT Directorate, CDA HQs.

Conditions:

1. Tender documents can be obtained on Payment of cash amounting to Rs. 2000/- (Rupees two
thousand only) non-refundable, from the office of Cash Branch, Information Technology Directorate,
CDA, Main CDA Secretariat, Block III, G-7/4, Islamabad during office hours before the closing date.
2. The sealed bid along with the earnest money equivalent to 3% of the total quoted Bid amount must
reach the Information Technology Directorate, CDA located at Main CDA Secretariat, Block III, G-7/4,
Islamabad on or before 05-01-2024.
3. Bids will be opened on the same date in the office of Director (IT), 30 minutes after bid closing time.
4. The competent authority reserves all rights to accept or reject any or all tenders/proposals as per
PPRA rules.
5. Firms / Companies blacklisted by Government Agencies / Banks / Autonomous Bodies need not to
apply.
6. This advertisement along with tender documents may also be seen on CDA Website,
www.cda.gov.pk as well as PPRA web site www.ppra.org.pk.
