We are students at Alpha University currently undertaking a research study to fulfill
the requirements of the Bachelor’s Degree in HRM. Our research is titled “The Effect
of Job Security and Employee Performance: A Case Study of Sagal Jet, Hargeisa,
Somaliland.”
