Subject: Application for the Short - Term Schengen Visit Visa
Dear Sir/Madam,
I, TUMPA SHARMIN HASSAN (bearing Passport No. EL0668229), have the honor to draw your
kind attention to the fact that I am a regular Service holder (Cleaner). My company name is
PLATINUM RICHWAY SDN BHD. Bearing Address No 28-2 Jalan Equine 9C Taman Equine Seri
Kembangan, 43300 , Selangor. I will have the holiday break after my long-time work on 20th July
2025 to 31th July 2025. That time I am planning to pass our holidays in Belgium & France. I would
like to travel to Belgium by 20th July 2025 to 31st July 2025 so that I have the time to assimilate
to my new environment and visit different places within these days. I am thereby in need of a
Short-Term Schengen Visa for the duration of my tourism and it requires your due approval.
I love to travel and I have visited as India, Cambodia, Singapore & Indonesia in the past of leisure
periods. The details of my travel histories, copies of my visas and stamps of passports pages for
all these trips are attached here with. will travel with me.
However, I have never visited the European region and I feel too keen to experience the natural
beauty and diversity of Belgium & France. During the period of my stay, I intend to visit the world-
famous Brussels and the beautiful city of Paris. I also very excite to witness the incredible Eiffel
Tower if I get a chance. A copy of our planned travel itinerary is attached herewith. I will stay in
the Hotel during the course of our visit in Brussels & Paris.
All other costs related to this trip e.g. flight tickets, meals, transportation, hotel accommodations
in other cities, as well as insurance costs will be borne by me. I have sufficient funds in my own
accounts to pay for the entire trip and I have attached copies of my bank account statements to
substantiate this. I will be insured that I have to return in Malaysia before finishing my holidays
and join my work. A copy of my confirmed round trip air tickets is attached. I will be purchasing
medical insurance prior to our travel to Belgium & France to ensure that we are not a burden on
the Belgium taxpayers in case of any medical contingencies.
Additionally, I myself is sponsored all of our expenses for the trip.
I hope that this information will sufficiently demonstrate my intentions to travel as well as my
ties to Bangladesh and Malaysia allow you to issue the necessary visitor's visa to me. I undertake
to make sure that I do not remain in Belgium further than the period allowed for my stay. For
