3.1 Bid submission sheet

a) We have examined and have no reservations to the bidding documents, including

execution of any resulting contract;
g) We are not participating, as bidders, in more than one bid in this bidding process, other
than alternative bids in accordance with the bidding document;
h) We do not have any conflict of interest and have not participated in the preparation of the
original statement of requirements for EMPDE;
i) If our bid is accepted, we commit to obtain a contract security in accordance with the
