Some People Prefer Doing Things by Hand, While Others Like Working with Machines

Some people like to do things by hand, while others prefer using machines. I think working
with machines is better for two main reasons.
First, machines help us work faster. They can do tasks quickly and save a lot of time. For
example, in factories, machines can make many products in a short time, while doing the
same work by hand would take much longer. This makes work more efficient.
Second, machines make work easier and more accurate. Some jobs need a lot of strength
or careful detail, and machines can help with that. For example, using a washing machine is
easier than washing clothes by hand. Machines also help doctors and engineers do their
jobs better.
Some people may say that working by hand is better because it feels more personal. While
this is true for art or handmade crafts, it is not always useful for big projects. Handwork takes
more time and effort.
At the same time, depending too much on machines is not good either. Machines can break
down, and they can be expensive. However, when used correctly, they help us a lot in daily
life.
In conclusion, I prefer working with machines because they save time and make work easier.
In today’s world, machines are very helpful for many tasks.
Do You Agree or Disagree? Watching Television Is Bad for Children.
Some people believe that watching television is bad for children, while others think it is not a
big problem. In my opinion, watching too much television is harmful to children for two main
reasons.
First, watching too much television can negatively affect children's health. If kids sit in front of
the TV for a long time, they do not move enough. This can lead to problems like gaining too
much weight or having weak eyesight. Instead of watching TV, children should play outside
or do activities that keep them active and healthy.
Second, too much television can harm children's learning and social skills. When kids spend
a lot of time watching TV, they have less time to study, read books, or talk with their family
and friends. This can make them less interested in school and less confident in social
situations.
Some people may argue that television helps children learn because there are many
educational programs. While this is true, many children prefer watching cartoons or
entertainment shows instead of educational content. Also, even good programs cannot
replace real-life learning, such as playing, reading, or interacting with others.
At the same time, I do not think television should be completely banned. Parents should set
rules and choose good programs for their children to watch in moderation.
In conclusion, watching television is not always bad, but too much of it can harm children's
health and learning. It is important to limit screen time and encourage children to do other
activities as well.

Some Students Prefer to Take a Gap Year Between High School and University to
Work or Travel. Do the Advantages Outweigh the Disadvantages?
Some students choose to take a gap year before starting university to work or travel. While
this decision has both advantages and disadvantages, I believe the benefits outweigh the
drawbacks for two main reasons.
First, taking a gap year allows students to gain valuable life experience. Working during this
time helps them develop important skills such as responsibility, teamwork, and financial
management. Similarly, traveling exposes them to different cultures and ways of thinking,
making them more independent and mature. These experiences can help students perform
better in university because they return with a clearer sense of purpose and improved
problem-solving abilities.
Second, a gap year gives students time to make better decisions about their future. Many
students enter university without a clear idea of what they want to study. By working or
traveling, they can explore different interests and career options. As a result, they are more
likely to choose a degree that truly matches their goals, reducing the risk of dropping out or
switching majors later.
On the other hand, some people argue that a gap year has disadvantages. One concern is
that students might lose motivation and never return to school. Another issue is that a year
away from academics may make it harder to adjust to university life again. However, these
problems can be avoided if students have a clear plan for how to use their gap year
effectively.
In conclusion, while taking a gap year does have some risks, the advantages of gaining real-
world experience and making better educational choices outweigh the disadvantages. If
students plan their gap year wisely, it can be a valuable step toward a successful future.
Are Zoos Cruel, or Do They Help Protect Animals?
Some people think zoos are bad and should be closed, while others believe they help
protect rare animals. Both sides have good reasons, but I think zoos can be helpful if they
are well-managed.
On one hand, some people say zoos are cruel. Wild animals should live in nature, not in
small cages. In some zoos, animals do not have enough space, which can make them
unhappy and unhealthy. Some zoos care more about making money than taking care of
animals properly.
On the other hand, zoos help protect animals that are in danger. Many animals lose their
homes because of hunting or deforestation. Zoos give these animals a safe place to live and
help them reproduce. Some zoos also rescue sick or injured animals and later return them to
the wild. In addition, zoos teach people about wildlife and the importance of protecting
nature.
In my opinion, zoos should not be closed, but they need to improve. Zoos should have large,
natural spaces for animals to move freely. They should focus on saving animals and
educating people, not just entertaining visitors.
In conclusion, while some zoos are bad for animals, many zoos help protect them. If zoos
improve their conditions, they can be good for both animals and people.

Do You Agree or Disagree? People Always Want More and Are Never
Satisfied.

Some people think that humans are never satisfied and always want more. I agree with this
idea for two main reasons.
First, people always want to improve their lives. When someone reaches a goal, they often set
a new one. For example, a person who buys a phone may later want a better one with more
features. This is natural because people like progress and better things.

Second, people’s needs and desires change over time. What makes someone happy today
may not be enough tomorrow. A student might dream of finishing school, but after
graduation, they may want a good job. Then, they may want a higher salary. This cycle
continues because people always look for something new.

Some may say that happiness comes from being satisfied with what we have. While this is
true, most people still want to improve their lives. If they balance their goals with gratitude,
they can stay happy while growing.

In conclusion, people always want more because they like progress and new experiences.
This is not bad—it helps people work harder and achieve more in life.

The Advantages and Disadvantages of Online Shopping

Nowadays, many people shop online instead of going to stores. Online shopping is easy and
convenient, but it also has some disadvantages.
One advantage of online shopping is that it saves time. People do not need to travel to
stores or wait in long lines. They can buy what they need from home with just a few clicks.
Another benefit is that online shopping offers more choices. Online stores have many
different products, often at lower prices than physical stores. People can also compare
prices and read customer reviews before making a decision. In addition, online shopping is
available 24/7. Unlike regular stores, online shops never close, so people can buy things
anytime, even at night or on holidays. Finally, home delivery makes shopping easier.
Customers do not need to carry heavy bags, and their items arrive at their doorstep.
However, online shopping also has disadvantages. One problem is that there are risks.
Some websites sell fake products or do not deliver items after receiving payment. Customers
need to be careful and buy from trusted sellers. Another issue is that buyers cannot see or
touch the product before buying. Sometimes, the actual item looks different from the
pictures, which can be disappointing. Also, delivery takes time. Unlike shopping in a store
where customers get their items immediately, online orders may take days or weeks to
arrive. Lastly, returning items can be difficult. Some online stores have strict return policies,
and customers may have to wait a long time for refunds or exchanges.
In conclusion, online shopping is fast and convenient, but it also has some problems. To
avoid issues, people should shop on trusted websites and check product reviews before
buying.
