Consultancy works through Business Development apart from Coal Mining.

Coal Mining operations are spread in Godavari Valley Coal Fields spread over
in various districts of Telangana State. Apart from Coal Mining Operations in the
State of Telangana, 1 Coal block (Naini) was allotted to SCCL in Talcher Coal field in
the Odisha State in which coal production is commencing shortly.

The Singareni Collieries Company Ltd, with a History of over 134 years is
moving ahead to retain leadership by being proactive in order to meet the market
challenges even while promoting better client relationships.

SCCL is aiming to achieve 72MT in 2025-26 by adopting new technologies

such as Continuous Miner, Long Wall, Bolter Miner in deep Underground mines and
Open cast Mining Technology.

before various Hon’ble Courts and for giving Opinions etc. on
Orders/Judgments on policy matters, if required to take further course of
action in Legal Matters.”

I) Steps to be followed for submitting online application for the above

posts:

ii. Click on “careers” link available on homepage.
iii. Submission of Online applications will start from 15/06/2025 at 12.00
NOON onwards.
iv. ONLINE Application can be submitted up to 5.00 PM on 28/06/2025
(website closure).
v. Candidates have to take a print of the ONLINE Application Form after
successful submission of data.
vi. Upload all details of the Candidates in the respective Columns of Online
Application form. The details once entered, cannot be altered at a later
date. Submission of any false or incorrect information or suppression of
any factual information at any stage by the candidate is liable for
disqualification of his candidature.
vii. Candidates have to submit one application only for eligible post. More
than one application received for same post will be rejected. Candidates
are advised not to change their Mobile Number, E mail ID and photo
given in the online application format till completion of selection process.
viii. The candidates who possess requisite qualification may apply On-line by
satisfying themselves about the terms and conditions of this recruitment
on Contract basis

ix. The printed form of the application duly signed by the candidate,
enclosing therewith copies of the following certificates is to be sent to the
address given below:
a. SSC or its equivalent certificate in proof of Age.
b. Educational qualifications
c. Experience certificate
d. Marks Memos
e. Latest Salary Certificate (if employed elsewhere)
f. Two latest passport size photographs
g. No objection certificate from the employer or certificate from the
employer regarding permission to attend the interview.
h. School Study certificate from 1st Class to 7th Class

Hard copies of applications together with enclosures as mentioned in

under column No. IX should be sent to the Director (PA&W), The Singareni
Collieries Company Limited, Head Office, Kothagudem 507 101, Bhadradri
Kothagudem Dist. Telangana State, only by POST/COURIER to reach on or
before 03/07/2025 at 5.00PM super scribing the application registration
number and name of the post on the envelop.

The application should be sent through proper channel, or submit NOC from
the employer by the candidates working in Public sector/Govt. organizations. In
case, application is sent without supporting documents, the same will be rejected.

Candidates shall invariably submit their e-mail address and mobile number for
correspondence/contacts.

II) SELECTION PROCESS:

 The applications of candidates will be shortlisted based on

qualification/experience/ special credentials.

 METHOD OF SELECTION FOR THE ABOVE POST: PERSONAL INTERVIEW.

 Short listed candidates who are found eligible based on ONLINE application
data and documents submitted along with print application will be called for
Interview. After short listing, Interview letters to attend Interview will be sent
to their Registered E-mail ID/SMS through Mobile. Candidates are advised to
submit their E-mail ID/Mobile number without fail.

 Candidates are advised to visit SCCL website for latest updates.

III) OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS AND GENERAL INFORMATION:

 Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply.

 While applying, the candidates should enter their full name as it appears in
the Matriculation/Secondary certificate.

 Candidates called for interview should produce all original documents such
as educational qualifications, Caste (if applicable), experience, salary
certificates and NOC/Permission letter from the employer if working in any
Government Organizations, at the time of interview, failing which they will not
be permitted to appear for the interview.

 Mere fulfilling of the minimum qualifications and experience will not confer any
right to the candidates called for interview. Depending on response and
requirement, the Management reserves the right to raise/relax/cancel
/modify/after the recruitment/selection process, if need so arises, without
issuing any further notice or assigning any reason whatsoever. Decision of
Management to call the candidates for selection shall be final. No interim
correspondence will be entertained.

submit their application (hard copy) along with the copies of certificates &

office on or before 03/07/2025 by Post/Courier. Applications not in
prescribed format or without supporting documents for Age, Qualifications,
Experience, Pay etc., or sent through any other modes viz., email, fax, by
hand etc., or received after closing date for receipt of applications shall be
summarily rejected.

 Any appointment (either permanent/temporary) made by the Company is

governed by the policy of the company in vogue and amended from time to
time as per approvals.

 Court of Jurisdiction for any dispute will be at Hyderabad.

The Management reserves the right to change any condition(s) stipulated in

the notification without giving further notification. In all matters relating to eligibility
criteria, acceptance or rejection of the application at any stage if it is found that
there has been a wrong admission of facts or in processing the application, the

IV) GENERAL INFORMATION:

1. On selection, the selected candidate has to produce the following Original

Certificates invariably during verification of Certificates :

a) Study Certificates from Class 1st TO 7th Class.

b) SSC/Its equivalent - for Proof of Date of Birth.
c) All Qualifying Certificates for the post (Memo of Marks +
Provisional / Original Degree).
e) Experience Certificate or NOC and Salary Certificate.
f) I.D. Proof mentioned in the online application.
g) If employed in Govt. Services, Relieving Letter from the HOD of
the respective Department.
h) Copy of signed online application data sheet.

2. SCCL Management shall not hold responsibility for any interruption of

website due to technical snag.

3. Any candidate is or has been found impersonating or procuring impersonation

by any person or resorting to any other irregular or improper means in
connection with his/her candidature for selection or obtaining support of
candidature by any means, such a candidate may in addition to rendering
himself/herself liable to criminal prosecution, will be debarred permanently
from any selection held by the SCCL.

The decision of SCCL in all aspects pertaining to the application and its
acceptance or rejection, as the case may be, conduct of Interview and at all
consequent stages culminating in the selection or otherwise of any candidate shall
be final in all respects. SCCL reserves its right to alter and modify terms and
conditions laid down in the Notification for conducting the various stages up to
selection, duly intimating details thereof through SCCL Website, as warranted by
any unforeseen circumstances arising during the course of this process or as
deemed necessary by SCCL at any stage.
