CEP: Assignment # 3 – CLO1, CLO2, CLO4

50 Marks
WP1 Depth of Knowledge Engineering Problems that cannot be resolved without in- ✓
Required depth engineering knowledge at the level of ONE OR MORE
of WK3, WK4, WK5, WK6 or WK8 which allows a
fundamentals-based, first principles analytical approach.
WP2 Range of conflicting Involve wide-ranging or conflicting technical, engineering and
requirements other issues.

WP3 Depth of analysis required Have no obvious solution and require abstract thinking, ✓
originality in analysis to formulate suitable models.

WP4 Familiarity of issues Involve infrequently encountered issues.

involvement and conflicting needs.

Instructions:
1. Complete this assignment in group as identified earlier for Assignment 1/2.
2. The project should incorporate.
a. Documentation (COMPLETED – Assignment 1)
b. Project management (Jira) (COMPLETED – Assignment 2)
c. Repository of Final design (GitHub) (Scope of this Assignment)

Tasks:
Part (a) – CLO1, CLO2 [25+20 Marks]

1. Develop the Structural Model of the system as proposed in assignment 1 and assignment 2. [Make sure to
cover all the use cases of the system] {It must include the class diagram and design pattern – clearly mention
interfaces in your structural model}

2. Develop the Dynamic Model of the system. [Make sure to cover all the use cases of the system] {Sequence
diagrams should be consistent with the object classes and interactions among them to be demonstrated
through proper interface functions}

Part (b) – CLO4 [5 Marks]

3. Upload all your models to the GitHub repository.

Deadline for the submission is Saturday 3rd May 2025, 11:00 PM.

The invites for GitHub to TA ([Link]@[Link]) and Instructor ([Link]@[Link]) must be


received by Thursday 17th April 2025, 11:00 PM.
