General Program Overview

 Duration: August 2025 – January 2026 (6 months)


 Format: Monthly in-person workshops
 Audience per Workshop: 50 participants
 Total Reach: 300 individuals
 Goal: Improve AI literacy tailored to the specific needs of
different sectors

1. AI for Beginners (August 2025)

SMART Objective:

By the end of the workshop, 90% of participants will be able to


define artificial intelligence, distinguish between AI types (narrow
vs. general), and identify three real-world applications of AI
relevant to daily life.

Expected Outputs:

 50 individuals introduced to foundational AI concepts


 Pre- and post-assessments showing increased understanding
 One-page AI glossary distributed
 Interactive demo sessions (e.g., Chatbots, AI image
generation)

2. AI in Education (September 2025)

SMART Objective:

Within one month of the workshop, 75% of participants


(educators) will implement at least one AI-powered tool in their
teaching or administrative workflow (e.g., ChatGPT, adaptive
learning platforms).

Expected Outputs:
 50 educators trained in ethical, practical uses of AI in the
classroom
 Use-case handouts (e.g., lesson planning with AI, AI
plagiarism checkers)
 Drafted action plans for integrating AI into
schools/universities
 AI safety and student data privacy briefing delivered

3. AI for Press & Media (October 2025)

SMART Objective:

By the end of the session, 85% of media professionals will


demonstrate the ability to use AI tools for content generation,
audience analysis, or fact-checking without compromising
journalistic integrity.

Expected Outputs:

 50 journalists/media practitioners trained


 Hands-on practice with AI writing and editing tools
 Ethical guidelines handout on AI in media
 3 collaborative editorial ideas developed using AI tools

4. AI for Legal and Contracts (November 2025)

SMART Objective:

By the end of the workshop, 80% of legal professionals will be


able to critically evaluate and apply at least two AI tools (e.g.,
contract review software, legal research assistants) in a case
simulation.

Expected Outputs:

 50 legal professionals introduced to AI in legal tech


 Simulated legal drafting/review exercise using AI
 Compliance and data privacy module presented
 Sample clauses developed with AI assistance

5. AI for Entrepreneurs (December 2025)

SMART Objective:

Within one month post-workshop, 60% of participating


entrepreneurs will initiate or integrate at least one AI tool (e.g.,
customer support bots, market analysis tools) into their business
model.

Expected Outputs:

 50 entrepreneurs trained on AI applications for startups


 AI-driven pitch deck templates distributed
 Business model innovation session facilitated with AI
 Live case studies presented by AI-adopting startups

6. AI in Finance (January 2026)

SMART Objective:

By the end of the workshop, 85% of finance professionals will


understand key AI tools in risk management, fraud detection, and
algorithmic trading, and identify potential compliance risks.

Expected Outputs:

 50 finance professionals exposed to AI in FinTech


 Risk-mapping exercise using AI scenarios
 Compliance checklist for AI in financial services
 FinTech trends and future outlook report shared
