EDINBURGH MOUNTAIN HOSPITAL LIMITED THE HEALTH FACILITY/PROVIDER

CONTRACT

This CONTRACT (herein after called the “Contract”) is made on the18 day of the month ofJanuary,2025.

BETWEEN

SOCIAL HEALTH AUTHORITY, a Body Corporate established under the provisions of Section 4 of the
Social Health Insurance Act (SHI Act) (as defined below) of Post Office Box Number 30443-00100,
Nairobi (in this Contract referred to as the SHA/the Authority which expression shall, where the context
so admits include the Authority’s successors in title and assigns)

AND

EDINBURGH MOUNTAIN HOSPITAL LIMITED, a LEVEL 4 Private / Hospital Level 4 health facility operating
in the Republic of Kenya for purposes hereof of P.O BOX 46732-00100 NAIROBI (in this Contract referred
to as the Healthcare Provider/Health Facility which expression shall, where the context so requires
include its successors in title and permitted assigns)

(SHA and the Health Facility hereinafter referred to as the “Parties” and each individually as a “Party”)
1. Eligible beneficiaries shall be entitled to critical care services for up to 180 days per household
per year, within the overall inpatient limit.
