Your Main Responsibilities:

 Managing chats with the agency’s clients.

 Strictly maintaining client confidentiality and data security.
 Ability to listen carefully and ask the right questions.
 Polite and attentive communication with clients.

Work Rules:

 Punctuality. Be ready right in time for your shift to prepare and review work-related
information.
 Task Completion. When assigned a task, assess your capabilities and let us know how
much time you’ll need. If you commit to a deadline — meet it.
 🗣 Listen to the administrator. This is your mentor. If you have any questions — don’t
hesitate to ask. It's better to clarify than to make a mistake.
 Avoid mistakes. If something is unclear, even if it feels like a silly question — ask. It’s
better to get it right the first time.

Payments:

 Salary is paid to a crypto wallet or bank card after the 25th of each month.
 An advance can be requested at the beginning of the month by contacting the
administrator.

 Here’s How It Works:

 You receive 40% of the profile balance — that’s your base earnings from chatting with
clients. This 40% is the standard commission you get for your communication efforts.
 We have a clear pricing system for each client action on the site, so you can see exactly
how much you can earn from each interaction. You can view the list here:
[Link] and use it to plan your work more efficiently!
 But that’s not all! Our team members can also take part in various bonus programs and
contests where you can earn even more — for example, rewards for top activity or the
number of gifts received.
 There’s no fixed salary — only a commission-based system, which is perfect for
ambitious people who want to earn according to the effort they put in. Want to make
$1000+ per month? It’s entirely up to you! If you’re willing to keep working after your
shift ends, nothing stops you from continuing to chat with clients and increasing your
income.
 It’s all in your hands!
Performance-based work is always exciting — and here, it’s also very rewarding.
 We also offer a bonus system and various contests for employees!
INVITES
What is an invite?
An invite is your first message to a client, designed to start a conversation. There's no perfect
formula — every man is different: some like romance, others prefer sports. But with the right
approach, you can catch the attention of most clients.

Main goal of an invite:

To spark interest and engage. A well-placed question can reveal personality and help create an
emotional bond.

Tips for writing invites:

 First 20 characters = 70% success. Start strong! Avoid generic phrases like "Would you
like to..." or "Do you prefer...".
✅ Good: "Can I send you a photo?"
❌ Bad: "Would you like to get a photo from me?"
 Always end with a question. It encourages replies.
 Give answer options. For example: "Kissing without a relationship — for or against?"

Examples of engaging invites:

 "Have you ever given a woman a vibrator or other Toys as a gift?"

 "Guess what?"
 "Are you scared to get intimate with a woman?"
 "How many women have you really been with?"
 "Have you ever had a one night date?"
 "Will you block your women after what I'm going to offer you now?"

Golden rule: If you can't imagine a possible reply from a man — don't send it. Make it easy and
fun to answer.

LETTERS
Letters are powerful tools that bring the highest income and strongest emotional connection.
Unlike chat messages, a letter is a detailed message (150–1500 characters) often accompanied by
exclusive content (photo/video).

How to write an effective letter:

1. Choose an exciting topic: something intriguing that invites curiosity.
2. Start with a hook: First 70 characters must catch attention.
3. Lead into the content: Hint at attached photo/video (e.g., “I added some special photos
you’ve never seen before!”)
4. Invite a reply: Suggest gently that you'd love to hear back.

Example:

"You know, by my nature, I am a very avid traveler... [full story continues]

Do you like to travel?"

Tip: Make each letter personal, especially for regular clients. It increases engagement and
perceived value.

OUTREACH TYPES (Invites & Mass Messaging)

1. Personalized Invite
Tailor your message to the client’s profile. Example: “I see you’re a football fan! Did
Barcelona lose again?”
2. Active Outreach
Send invites to users with message credits. If their profile is empty, use a prewritten
invite. If there’s any info, use it!
3. Saved Outreach
These users had previous contact. Reference past conversations:
“Last time you mentioned you love cooking — did you make something tasty this
weekend?”
4. ICEBREAKERS
Automatic invites. Submit for moderation, choose approved ones, and hit Send.
5. Likes, Believes & Winks
Always respond — even if the man is offline. It's a chance to start something new!

CHAT COMMUNICATION
New translators often face this issue: a man responds once or twice, then disappears. How do you
keep him talking — or even falling in love?

Tips:

 Use emojis, stickers, photos to make replies vivid and emotional.

 Don’t just answer questions — tell stories!
 Add personal touches: “Today while cleaning, I found an old photo of my brother... We
haven’t seen each other in five years!” + attach a picture.

Avoid chat full of only questions — keep it engaging with varied topics and emotions.

GETTING PHOTOS FROM CLIENTS

Photos = income (each is $0.60)! But don’t ask directly — motivate him to share.

Tactics:

 “Here’s my smile... Can I see yours?”

 “Can I see your smile to remember you while you’re gone?”
 “I’d love to see the beautiful place you just described!”

CHAT POSTS
A Chat Post is a long message (150+ characters) with media content (photo/video).

Benefits:

 Highly profitable (client pays ~$3 per post view)

 Strong emotional hook
 Creates intimacy, intrigue, or flirtation

Best Practices:

1. Warm up the conversation.

2. Use teasing language and create suspense.
3. Mention you're about to send something special.

Good topics for Chat Posts:

 Flirty or erotic ideas

 Personal confessions
 Roleplay scenarios
 Fantasy storytelling
WORKING WITH VIDEO
Videos can earn $10–20 each — but only with the right approach.

Steps to sell videos:

1. Know your client – What turns him on? What excites him?
2. Regular clients – Easier to sell to; suggest multiple videos with less effort.
3. New clients – Observe the chat; lead into adult topics if appropriate.

Hook lines:

 “Bet you'll get addicted to this! Want to try?”

 “Hope you’re alone — this is for your eyes only.”
 “Careful — it’s too hot to handle!”

Video thumbnails matter!

Use a seductive preview (robe, bed, bath scene). No good thumbnail? Ask your manager.

Important:

 Match video theme to chat topic.

 Don’t send without a teasing message.
 If rejected, try again later with a new approach.

Useful Tips for Beginners

1. Give Yourself Time and Be Patient

Instant success is rare, not the norm. Everyone who is now working as an administrator or top-
level admin once started from scratch. In the beginning, they were confused, didn’t understand
everything, and made mistakes. The key is perseverance, consistency, and patience.
Statistics show that 80% of people quit in the first week because they expect quick and easy
money. But that’s not how it works. Those who want everything at once often end up with
nothing. So give yourself time to grow and learn – that’s the foundation of future success.

2. Every Field Requires Learning

You can’t just step into a new profession and immediately understand everything. You wouldn’t
expect to sit at a programmer’s desk and write perfect code on day one, right? Or become a
banker and instantly grasp all financial intricacies? Every job has an adaptation and learning
period.
Here, it takes about two weeks of training. During this time, you’re already earning money and
can assess whether the job suits you. The main thing is to understand that learning takes time.
Patience and training are the keys to success.
After 2–3 weeks, the job becomes second nature. You won’t need to overthink every step –
things will start to flow naturally. Each day it becomes clearer, easier, and more comfortable.
The main thing is not to quit at the start and give yourself a chance to adapt.

3. Pay Attention to Everything the Administrator Says

The administrator is your main helper, colleague, and mentor. They are there to guide you, help
you understand things, and explain all the job’s nuances. The sooner you start actively engaging
with your admin, the sooner you’ll reach a stable income.
Don’t be shy about asking questions or discussing every little detail with them. It’s better to
overwhelm them with questions for a week and learn quickly than to sit in confusion for a month
trying to figure everything out on your own. The administrator is there to help you – take
advantage of that!

4. Write Down Anything You Don’t Understand

Always note down questions and aspects that seem difficult. Pay attention to every detail and
aim to do the job correctly, quickly, and accurately.
It’s important to learn to do things properly from the beginning so you don’t have to unlearn bad
habits later. Experience shows it’s much harder to fix mistakes than to form the right habits from
the start. The sooner you master the job, the easier it will be in the future.

5. Take the Job Seriously

Don’t treat the job like a side gig or temporary position. Full involvement brings the best results.
Practice shows that people who focus fully on the job reach higher income levels much faster.
Shifts are not too long – a standard 8-hour workday. To succeed, it’s important to use this time
effectively. Plan your day so nothing distracts you during work. Maximum concentration equals
high productivity and better earnings.

6. Invite Your Friends – It’s More Fun and Easier to Work Together

One of the best ways to grow and earn more is to invite your friends, acquaintances, or relatives.
Not only will you have a chance to build your own team, but you’ll also help others find stable
and promising work. Your team can grow, and with it, so will your earnings.
In addition to giving people a long-term opportunity with growth prospects, you’ll receive a
reward for each person you refer – up to $100 per new hire. The more people you bring in, the
more you can earn. There’s no limit to how many people you can refer, and you can build and
develop your own team and earn from each member.
Over time, if you bring in enough people, you can become an administrator, manage your own
team, and earn even more. It’s real and absolutely achievable.
[Link]'t Dwell on Failures – Focus on Your Strengths
If something isn’t working out or you’re struggling with a certain aspect of the job, don’t get
upset or panic. Everything can be improved with time and effort. Don’t fixate on failures or
setbacks — instead, focus on discovering your strengths.
If you’re better at chatting about friendship or politics, that’s great! If romantic topics come
easier to you — that’s wonderful too!
The most important thing is to find what works best for you. Everyone is unique, and you should
work in the direction where you feel most confident.
Consult with your administrator so they can help you grow in the right direction. And remember
— your methods can and should evolve. For example, if your current style or approach isn’t
delivering the desired results, try something new. Change your methods, adapt. If after a month
you’re not hitting your goals, completely rethink your strategy and do things differently — or
keep only the things that are working.
The administrator will always help you understand the situation and find the most effective path
for your development. The key is not to be afraid to experiment and tailor your work to suit your
style.

8. There’s No One-Size-Fits-All Work Style

It’s important to understand that there is no universal formula for success or a single work style
that suits everyone. People are different, and we all communicate in our own way, based on our
personality.
The same goes for work: what works for one person might not work for another. That’s why,
over time, every successful worker develops their own approach and strategy.
Analyze your performance, study successful cases, and track the progress of your regular clients.
Figure out what helped you keep a client long-term — maybe it was your tone, communication
style, or a unique approach. By constantly reviewing your best chats and methods, you’ll be able
to improve and adapt your style, which means earning more and getting better results.
Don’t be afraid to try new things and experiment with your strategy — eventually, you’ll find the
method that works best for you.

9. Long-Term Work and the Power of Accumulation

One of the key factors of success is the compounding effect. Statistics show that most people
only start earning solid money after 3–4 months of work. That’s because, over time, you build up
a base of regular clients who chat with you daily. These clients become your reliable
“foundation,” and the longer you work, the more of them you’ll have.
Additionally, you’re constantly improving your skills: you gain a better understanding of the
work, the clients, and the communication style required. Every day, you grow more experienced
— and that naturally leads to higher earnings.
Don’t forget about gifts. Gifts are a core part of our work. With the right approach, it’s possible
to earn $3,000–$4,000 a month just by working with gifts — all while continuing to handle
balance-based chats at the same time.

10. There’s No Limit to Your Income — It All Depends on

You
One of the biggest advantages of working with us is the lack of income limits. And it’s 100%
true!
We have operators who have been working steadily and successfully for a long time. Some of
them earn $5,000 or more each month — and there are many such examples.
We also have young translators, just 20–22 years old, who have already bought cars, apartments,
and are living life to the fullest. This is a clear example that with responsibility, patience, and the
desire to earn, amazing results are possible.
So everything is in your hands! It all depends on your ambition, effort, and motivation. If you
work with full dedication and stay focused on success, you can earn significantly more.
There are truly no limits here — your success and income are only limited by your own goals
and hard work.
